Can I reuse this plastic bottle with dispenser?

The container can be reused if basic hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol‑based preparation, for example with isopropyl alcohol or plant‑based ethanol. We recommend allowing the disinfectant to evaporate completely before refilling in order not to disrupt the stability and properties of your formulation.

How should I properly clean and prepare the packaging before the first and repeated filling?

Before both first and repeated use, we recommend mechanically rinsing the container, removing visible impurities and then disinfecting it with an alcohol solution, for example with the products IPA 99 % or ethanol 96 % denatured plant‑based. After treatment, allow all parts (bottle and dispenser) to dry and air thoroughly. Only then fill the packaging to minimise the risk of microbial contamination and changes in the product consistency.

Is the dispenser suitable also for thicker or oil‑based products?

The dispenser is designed for comfortable and controlled dosing of cosmetic preparations. However, we always recommend testing suitability for a specific product type (very thick emulsions, clear gels, oil blends, etc.) on a small sample so that you can verify the smoothness of dosing, the back‑suction of the product into the dispenser and sealing during long‑term storage. For formulations with a higher oil content, also monitor the compatibility of the material with the raw materials used.

How can I safely dispose of and recycle this plastic bottle with dispenser if I no longer want to use it?
