The plastic pill jar with induction liner represents a reliable container primarily intended for packing tablets, capsules, granules and other loose or solid products. Thanks to the secure screw cap and the induction liner, the contents are protected from external influences and from unintended opening, which makes it a suitable pill bottle and food-grade container for various projects and small batches.
The jar is made of high-quality plastic material that is designed for stable and long-term functional packaging. The inner space is well protected from the ingress of moisture and air, which helps preserve the properties of tablets and capsules. Thanks to its practical design, it is easy to fill, close and handle, even with more frequent use.
This product is supplied as a combination of jar and cap with induction liner, so it is ready for direct use without the need to purchase additional closure components. The combinations of containers and caps that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).
All technical parameters of the packaging are specified in the attached packaging quality certificate and in the product parameters.
The jar is designed primarily as a container for tablets, capsules and loose blends, where simple dosing and handling are important. Before using it for a specific product, we recommend verifying the suitability of the packaging in terms of your internal requirements, legislation and the stability of the formulation. All available technical data can be found in the product parameters and in the attached packaging quality certificate.
The induction liner is intended to create an additional protective barrier between the contents of the jar and the external environment. After filling the container, the cap with the liner is screwed on tightly and then the sealing layer is activated in the appropriate induction equipment according to its instructions for use. This causes the liner to adhere to the neck of the container. Before putting it into practice, we recommend carrying out your own sealing and handling test with your specific formulation to verify that the packaging meets your requirements.
The jar can be reused provided that hygiene principles are observed and the container is suitable for your formulation. Before each new filling, the jar and cap must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. For disinfection, we recommend using, for example, isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, which you will find in the range as IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol and ethanol 96% denatured, plant-based. After cleaning, allow the packaging to dry completely and only then refill it, so that the quality of the product is not affected.
If you decide not to reuse the jar, we recommend sorting it into separated waste according to the type of plastic specified in the product parameters and on the recycling symbol of the packaging. Before disposal, remove any product residues, labels and components that do not belong to the same collection fraction (for example liners or seals if they are made of a different material). Place the prepared container into the appropriate bin for plastic waste in accordance with local sorting rules, which will support its recycling and reduce the amount of municipal waste.
To quickly find a suitable bottle, pill bottle or jar, we recommend using the advanced filter located at the top of the page after clicking on a specific packaging category. In the advanced filter you can combine several parameters at once – for example the type and size of the neck, the overall size and volume of the container, colour and material. In this way you can easily narrow down the offering to the packaging that best matches your formulation, design and dosing method.
