Glass bottle – pharmaceutical bottle with white glass, black spray pump and smoky cap represents a practical solution for packaging various liquid cosmetic products and formulations. Thanks to the high quality of the packaging material and the carefully designed closure, the pharmaceutical bottle is suitable for cosmetic solutions, toners, serums, light emulsions and other liquid blends where protection against contamination, controlled dosing and reliable sealing are important. The white glass also allows for easy visual inspection of the contents and their clarity.
This product is supplied as a complete combination of glass bottle with spray pump and cap, therefore it is designed so that the individual parts function reliably together. The combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) so that you can be sure that the final product meets your requirements under real conditions of use.

If you decide after some time not to reuse the packaging, it is recommended to carry out its responsible recycling according to the material stated in the product parameters. As a rule, glass can be placed in the appropriate glass waste container and the plastic parts (spray pump, cap) sorted into separate collection streams according to local rules. Always follow the material labelling and the recommendations in your municipality or city.
Yes, the packaging can be reused if handled correctly and if hygiene principles are observed. Before each refilling, the bottle and all components of the spray pump must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For disinfection you can use the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. Only after the alcohol has completely dried and evaporated is the packaging ready for refilling.
The bottle with spray pump is ideal for liquid cosmetic formulations where you want to achieve fine and even distribution. It is most commonly used for facial toners, moisturizing mists, hair sprays, aromatherapeutic blends for the air or for textiles and light care solutions. When choosing, always take into account the composition of the product and check the compatibility with the packaging material using a test batch.
The packaging should first be cleaned mechanically – rinsed with warm water and a suitable cleansing agent and then thoroughly rinsed with clean water. We then recommend disinfecting the bottle and parts of the spray pump with alcohol, for example using the preparations IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. Allow the alcohol to evaporate thoroughly and the packaging to dry completely. Only then is it suitable for reuse, which reduces the risk of microbial contamination of the new product.
If you decide not to use the packaging any further, it is advisable to recycle it as far as possible. First remove product residues from the glass part of the pharmaceutical bottle, rinse it and place it in the appropriate glass container according to the local waste sorting system. Plastic components, such as the spray pump and small cap, must be sorted according to the type of plastic specified in the product parameters and the recommendations of your municipality or city. Proper sorting helps reduce the amount of waste and supports the reuse of materials.
