Glass pharmaceutical bottle with dispenser represents a professional solution for packaging cosmetic, pharmaceutical and DIY products where precise and hygienic dosing is important. High-quality glass combined with a reliable dispensing mechanism helps maintain formulation stability, protects the contents from contamination and is suitable for packaging liquid as well as lightly viscous preparations.
This type of packaging is popular for smaller volumes, samples and concentrated formulations where controlled application of the product is required. The smooth surface of the bottle allows for easy labelling with your own label, making it suitable for small brands, artisanal production and home cosmetic blending.
These glass bottles are compatible with various types of closures and dispensing systems (for example screw caps, droppers, spray tops or practical applicators), depending on the selected parameters. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

Yes, the packaging can be reused if handled correctly and if hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the bottle and the dispensing mechanism, and then disinfecting them with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured, plant-based. Only after completely drying is the packaging ready for refilling.
We recommend first disassembling the dispenser as far as the construction allows, then rinsing it with warm water and a mild cleaning agent, and repeatedly pumping clean water through the mechanism. After mechanical cleaning, it is advisable to apply disinfection using alcohol and allow all parts to dry thoroughly at room temperature. Before using again, make sure that no water or residues of the original product remain in the dispenser.
The glass pharmaceutical bottle with dispenser is generally suitable for a wide range of liquid and slightly viscous formulations, including oil serums and lighter emulsions. Before implementation in production, we always recommend testing the behaviour of your specific product in the given dispensing system – checking dosing smoothness, return suction and uniformity of application. For very thick or gel-based preparations, another type of closure or pump may be more suitable.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend recycling it responsibly in accordance with the types of materials used, as stated in the product parameters. The glass part can usually be placed, after emptying and basic rinsing, in the container designated for glass. The dispensing mechanism may contain a combination of plastics and possibly metal components, so it is advisable to follow local waste sorting rules and the information in the product parameter table on the Handymade website. It is always ideal to separate the individual parts of the packaging according to material type.
