Thanks to the glass used, the bottle is suitable for filling liquid or slightly viscous products that require a stable environment and minimisation of contact with air. The opaque surface finish also helps protect more sensitive formulations from light and supports their long-term stability.
This packaging is supplied in the combination bottle + dispensing closure, which is a functional solution designed for convenient and precise dosing of the contents. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always performing your own compatibility test – especially in terms of sealing, dosing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation, so that you can be sure of optimal functionality for your specific recipe.

Yes, the bottle can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, it is necessary to thoroughly clean and disinfect both the packaging and the dispensing mechanism. For disinfection, we recommend using alcohol-based products, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol intended for technical disinfection, available in the Handymade range – IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured vegetable. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry completely and only then refill the bottle.
The dispenser should be cleaned gently, without using aggressive mechanical tools. It is recommended to rinse it with lukewarm water and a mild detergent, then flush it with clean water and, if necessary, briefly treat it with disinfectant alcohol. Avoid soaking plastic and metal parts in concentrated solvents for a long time, so as not to affect the seals or the surface finish. After cleaning, allow all parts to dry thoroughly, ideally in a vertical position so that any remaining liquid can drain off.
The bottle is ideal for products that are applied in smaller, precisely dosed amounts – for example facial and eye serums, intensive booster treatments, oil concentrates or targeted treatment preparations for local use. Thanks to its elegant design, it is also suitable for premium and gift products, where representative presentation of the final packaging is important.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the type of material stated in the product parameters. The glass bottle can usually be placed in the container designated for glass after removing any product residues. The dispenser and cap are generally made up of several materials (plastic, metal elements), so it is advisable to separate them from the bottle and follow local waste-sorting rules for plastic and metal components. Before recycling, we recommend rinsing the packaging at least roughly so that no significant product residues remain in it.
