The plastic bottle with a glossy surface represents a practical packaging suitable for filling various liquid and slightly viscous formulations. In combination with a quality closure, it provides reliable protection of the contents during storage and use. The black opaque design helps protect sensitive components from undesirable light, thereby contributing to maintaining the stability and quality of the product. The packaging is ideal for products where a combination of aesthetic appearance, practical dosing and reliable closure is important. The elegant glossy surface together with the aluminium cap creates professional, premium-looking packaging.
The standalone bottle is compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems according to the parameters selected for the product. You can combine it, for example, with screw caps, droppers, sprayers or practical applicators, which makes it easy to adapt the dosing method to the specific type of product.
The combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test – checking sealing, accuracy and comfort of dosing, as well as the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation during the intended period of use.

The bottle is designed to handle common cosmetic formulations, including products containing plant oils or a mild proportion of alcohol, typical for toners or facial waters. For specific or concentrated components, we always recommend conducting your own compatibility test – filling a smaller trial sample and observing the behaviour of the packaging (colour change, softening, deformation) during the planned storage period.
The packaging can be reused if proper hygiene principles are followed, especially within your own production or for personal use. Before each new filling, the bottle and the closure must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable agent, for example with IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or 96 % denatured plant ethanol. These steps help minimise microbiological risks and ensure the stability of the new product batch.
Before first use and between individual fillings we recommend rinsing the bottle with a suitable cleaning agent, thoroughly rinsing with drinking water and allowing it to dry completely. It is then important to disinfect the inner surface and the neck of the packaging, ideally using alcohol, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or 96 % plant ethanol. Allow the disinfecting solution to act briefly and then pour out the excess; before filling, make sure that no free liquid remains in the bottle that could affect the formulation.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend its recycling in accordance with the information in the parameter table for the product. According to the material specified, empty the bottle, optionally rinse it from product residues and separate the individual parts of the packaging (bottle body, cap, any inserts or seals). Then sort each part into the appropriate container according to the type of material so that it can be effectively recycled.
