For specific or concentrated ingredients, we always recommend performing your own compatibility test – filling a smaller trial sample and observing the behaviour of the packaging (colour change, softening, deformation) during the planned storage period.

Can I use this bottle repeatedly for several batches of products?

The packaging can be reused if proper hygiene principles are followed, especially within your own production or for personal use. Before each new filling, the bottle and the closure must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable agent, for example with IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or 96% denatured vegetable ethanol. These steps help to minimise microbiological risks and ensure the stability of the new product batch.

How should I properly clean the bottle before first use and between individual fillings?

Before first use and between individual fillings, we recommend rinsing the bottle with a suitable cleaning agent, thoroughly rinsing it with drinking water and allowing it to dry completely. It is then important to disinfect the inner surface and the neck of the packaging, ideally using alcohol, for example IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or 96% vegetable ethanol. Leave the disinfecting solution to act for a short time and then pour out any excess; before filling, make sure that no free liquid remains in the bottle that could affect the formulation.

How can I safely dispose of or recycle this plastic bottle if I do not want to use it further?
