The plastic pill jar with white cap is a practical and hygienic container designed for the safe storage of tablets, capsules and loose blends. Thanks to its high‑quality manufacture, it provides reliable protection of the contents against external influences, which you will appreciate when packaging food supplements, cosmetic raw materials or small laboratory samples. The inner space of the jar is designed to facilitate filling as well as dispensing of products in solid or powder form and to contribute to maintaining their stability throughout the entire period of use.
This product is a ready‑made combination of packaging and closure, therefore it does not require an additional selection of a cap or dosing element. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (tightness, dosing and the behavior of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure that the packaging works reliably with your specific product.
All technical parameters of the packaging are given in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Yes, the jar is suitable for daily transport of tablets and capsules, provided that it is properly closed and stored in a dry and clean environment. The rigid packaging helps protect the contents against mechanical damage and contaminants in a handbag, backpack or drawer. When carrying it, however, we recommend avoiding exposure to extreme temperatures and humidity in order to preserve the stability of the stored tablets.
The jar can be reused provided that correct hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling, the packaging must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, ideally using a suitable alcohol, for example isopropyl alcohol or denatured ethanol of plant origin. This minimizes the risk of microbial contamination and undesirable reactions between residues of the original and the new product. It is always advisable to use the packaging only for compatible types of preparations (for example the same category of supplements or similar cosmetic blends).
Before reuse, empty the contents of the jar and remove product residues. It is then suitable to rinse the packaging with an appropriate cleaning agent and, after thorough rinsing with clean water, let it dry completely. For final disinfection we recommend using alcohol solutions, for example IPA 99 % or ethanol 96 % denatured, plant‑based. Leave the disinfectant to act briefly and then allow the packaging to air‑dry at room temperature. Before filling, make sure that the interior is dry and free from residues of cleaning agents.
If you decide not to use the jar further, we recommend recycling it in accordance with local waste‑sorting rules, based on the information given in the product parameters. Before handing it over for sorted collection, empty the packaging and remove product residues. According to the plastic type indicated in the parameter table, place it into the appropriate container (for example for plastic waste). In this way, you contribute to a more sustainable use of resources and to reducing the amount of mixed waste.
To choose suitable packaging, we recommend using the advanced filter, which you can find in the upper part of the page after opening the selected packaging material category. In the advanced filter you can clearly set parameters such as neck type, size, color or material, so that you quickly narrow down the range to packaging that matches your project. This way of selection is suitable when you are looking for a specific bottle, pill container, jar or pot according to your technological and design requirements.
