Transparent plastic sprayer 24/410 with shiny silver ring is a practical dosing component for various types of liquid formulations. It creates a fine aerosol, making it suitable for even application of cosmetic, cleaning or disinfectant preparations. The sprayer enables comfortable and controlled application of the contents, thereby reducing product waste and improving the user experience. In combination with a matching bottle or vial, it creates a functional and visually attractive package that is suitable for both home and professional use.
This sprayer is intended for use with compatible bottles and vials with a matching neck, thus creating a functional packaging unit. In the Handymade range you will find several bottles and containers that can be matched with the sprayer in design and function according to the product type and desired volume.
The packaging and closure combinations created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), especially for products containing alcohol, essential oils or other active substances.

The sprayer can be used repeatedly under normal use, as long as the mechanism functions correctly and is not visibly damaged. With each refilling it is important to observe hygiene principles – both the bottle and the sprayer must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before filling, ideally using technical alcohol, for example IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. Disinfection helps reduce the risk of microbial contamination and extends the stability of your products.
The sprayer is ideal for liquid products with low to medium viscosity, such as flower waters, facial and body sprays, hair tonics, air fresheners or gentle cleaning and disinfectant solutions. For thicker preparations (for example gels or very dense emulsions), spraying may be limited, so we recommend always carrying out a trial filling and checking whether the dosing meets your requirements.
To prolong the service life of the mechanism we recommend, after the contents have been used up, rinsing the dip tube and the sprayer head with clean water and pressing several times so that product residues are flushed out. For long-term storage it is appropriate to keep the sprayer dry and protect it from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. If you work with products containing a high proportion of essential oils or alcohol, it is advisable to verify long-term compatibility and to check the mechanism on an ongoing basis.
If you decide not to use the sprayer further, we recommend first using up or safely removing the remaining product, depending on the nature of the formulation used. Then rinse the mechanism basically in order to reduce the amount of residual active substances. The method of recycling the plastic component is governed by the material designation given in the product parameters for this packaging. According to this designation you place the sprayer in the appropriate container for sorted waste in accordance with local recycling rules. In case of doubt it is appropriate to follow the recommendations of your collection company or municipal services.
