Aluminium bottle with silver dispenser 50 ml represents a professional packaging solution for liquid products that require precise and hygienic dosing. The compact bottle is suitable for cosmetic formulations as well as handcrafted products, where protection of the contents from air and convenient use by the end customer are important. Thanks to the combination of a durable aluminium container and a practical dispensing mechanism, it is ideal for storing and applying products with different viscosities.
This container is supplied as a bottle + dispenser combination, which ensures practical and functional use without the need to select additional components. Combinations of containers and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the container in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure the container works reliably with your particular product.
All technical parameters of the container are stated in the attached Container Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The container can be reused if hygienic principles are observed, especially for home-made cosmetics and refilling the same type of product. Before each new filling, the bottle and the dispenser must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, ideally using the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. This minimises the risk of microbial contamination and of affecting the stability of your formulation.
Before the first filling, we recommend rinsing the bottle with a suitable cleaning agent, then thoroughly rinsing it with clean water and allowing it to dry completely. For professional use, it is advisable after washing to apply disinfection to the inner surface and the dispensing part using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. Before filling, make sure that no water or residues of cleaning agents remain in the container, in order to prevent the product from being degraded.
The bottle is ideal for liquid and semi-liquid cosmetic products where dose control is important – for example facial serums, light emulsions, creams with a thinner consistency, specialised treatment products for hair, hands or body. Thanks to the dispenser, the contents are applied more precisely, which is also suitable for concentrated formulations or professional preparations used in salons and beauty studios.
If you decide not to use the container further, we recommend recycling it according to the material designation given in the product parameters. The aluminium body of the bottle usually belongs in metal collection, and the plastic parts of the dispenser should be separated and placed in sorted waste according to the type of plastic, if local recycling rules allow this. Before handing over for collection, the container should be freed from product residues to prevent contamination of other materials in the sorted waste.
