Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed. However, before each new filling, it is necessary to thoroughly clean and disinfect both the bottle and the dispenser. For disinfection we recommend, for example, isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, which you can find in the offer as IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol and Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. This reduces the risk of microbial contamination and maintains the quality of your products when refilling.
The aluminium bottle with dispenser is ideal for liquid and slightly viscous products, such as facial and body emulsions, light creams, serums or fluids. The dispensing mechanism is designed to release the contents smoothly and without unnecessary waste. For very thick formulations, we recommend testing a smaller amount before filling to verify whether the dispensing is sufficiently comfortable for your specific product.
After the contents have been used up, we recommend first thoroughly rinsing the bottle and dispenser with a suitable cleaning agent or warm water with a mild detergent, then rinsing with clean water and allowing them to dry completely. If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend recycling it according to the types of materials used, as stated in the product parameters. The aluminium bottle can usually be sorted into the container intended for metal packaging, and the plastic parts of the dispenser into sorted plastic, unless local collection rules specify otherwise. Before placing it in sorted waste, remove any product residues and, if necessary, rinse the packaging. Always follow the local collection system and the information given with the product on the website so that recycling is as effective as possible.
