Aluminium bottle with white-gold dispenser 50 ml represents an elegant and practical packaging solution for cosmetic formulations that require precise and hygienic dosing. Thanks to its durable material and reliable pump mechanism, it is suitable for filling liquid products that need to be protected from external influences and at the same time comfortably applied.
This compact bottle is ideal for dispensing preparations intended for the face, body or hair – from light serums to creamy emulsions. The aluminium body provides a solid protective barrier and, together with the white-gold dispenser, ensures a professional appearance of the finished product, suitable for home as well as semi-professional use.
Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test – checking the sealing, smooth and precise dosing, as well as the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (viscosity, oil phase content, presence of acids or alcohol).

The bottle with dispenser is intended primarily for liquid and lighter emulsion-type cosmetic products. For thicker creams we always recommend carrying out a trial filling and testing whether the dispenser ensures smooth and comfortable dispensing without clogging. We recommend performing the testing on a small trial batch before regular use.
The packaging can be used repeatedly, provided that you follow basic hygiene principles and ensure thorough cleaning between individual fillings. Before each new filling, both the bottle and the dispenser must be carefully washed, rinsed and subsequently disinfected with a suitable agent, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For disinfection you can use the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Only after complete drying of all parts is the packaging ready for new filling.
First, disassemble the bottle and the dispenser into individual parts that can be separated from each other. Remove product residues by rinsing with lukewarm water and a mild detergent, if necessary using a soft brush. After thoroughly rinsing with clean water, allow all parts to dry. We then recommend disinfecting the packaging – ideally using alcohol, for example isopropyl alcohol or plant-based ethanol. After the alcohol has evaporated and everything is completely dry, the packaging is again ready for use.
If you decide not to continue using the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the material specified in the product parameters. Before handing it over for separate collection, it is advisable to remove any remaining contents and rinse the packaging. The aluminium body of the bottle is usually sorted with metal packaging, while the plastic parts of the dispenser go into the appropriate plastic collection stream according to local rules. Always follow the local waste sorting system and the information on material composition in the product parameters table on the Handymade.sk website.
