Aluminium bottle with black dispenser 50 ml represents a practical and elegant packaging suitable for carefully measured dispensing of various liquid formulations. The lightweight yet durable aluminium container with dispenser is ideal for packaging products for which precise application, protection of the contents from air and convenient use at home as well as when travelling are important. Thanks to its compact volume and reliable dispensing, this packaging is suitable for artisan as well as smaller professional cosmetic production.
This aluminium bottle with dispenser forms a ready‑made combination of packaging and dosing system designed for convenient and repeatable dispensing of liquid and emulsion products. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always carrying out your own compatibility test – checking sealing, dosing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (viscosity, presence of oils or alcohol, foaming, etc.).

Before the first filling, we recommend mechanically cleaning the bottle and the dispenser, rinsing them with a suitable medium and then disinfecting them. For disinfecting the inner space and the surface of the packaging, it is suitable to use alcohol solutions, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. After applying the disinfectant, allow the packaging to air out and dry thoroughly so that no alcohol residues remain inside, and only then fill it with the prepared product.
Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly if proper hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the dispenser must be completely emptied, mechanically cleaned and disinfected with a suitable alcohol‑based preparation. In practice, the use of isopropyl alcohol IPA 99 % – isopropyl alcohol or plant‑based ethanol Ethanol 96 % denatured plant‑based has proven effective. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry completely, check the functionality of the pump, and only then refill the packaging.
The aluminium bottle with dispenser is most suitable for liquid and medium‑viscosity products, such as light emulsions, milks/lotions, fluids, serums and tonics applied into the palm. The dispenser helps to obtain approximately the same amount of product with each stroke, which is practical for product ranges where you want to ensure consistent consumption and easy use for the end customer.
If you decide not to use the packaging repeatedly, it is recommended to recycle it according to the material composition given in the parameter table for the product. Metal parts, such as the aluminium body of the bottle, are usually classified among metals intended for recycling, while the plastic components of the dispenser should, after thorough emptying and cleaning, be sorted according to local separate‑collection rules. Before handing over for recycling, remove any product residues and, as far as technically possible, separate the packaging into individual parts.
