The aluminum bottle with black spray pump represents a professional packaging solution suitable for practical, hygienic and precise dispensing of various liquid preparations in the form of a fine spray. Thanks to the high-quality material and functional mechanical spray pump, the bottle is ideal for products that require even distribution on the skin, hair, surfaces or into the air.
The packaging is designed to withstand everyday use while protecting the contents from external influences and contamination. The spray pump enables convenient application without contact with the contents, which is particularly suitable for cosmetic formulations, gentle solutions or cleaning blends in smaller batches. Thanks to its compact design, the bottle is well usable in home production, artisan manufacturing and professional practice.
This bottle is supplied directly with a functional spray pump, and the packaging system is designed as a practical solution for liquid preparations in spray form. All technical parameters of the packaging are specified in the attached packaging quality certificate and in the product parameters. Before final use in serial production, we recommend carefully studying this information and testing the packaging with your specific product.
Yes, the packaging can be reused if handled correctly and hygienic principles are observed. Before each refilling it is essential to thoroughly clean the bottle and the spray pump and disinfect them with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example using isopropyl alcohol or plant-based ethanol. This reduces the risk of microbial contamination and of affecting the stability of your products.
First, rinse the packaging mechanically with a suitable cleaning solution or with warm water and detergent, making sure to remove any residues of the previous product. Then allow the bottle to drain and dry, and disinfect it with alcohol before filling (for example with IPA 99 % or with 96 % ethanol). For the spray pump, we recommend drawing the alcohol into the system and spraying several times so that the entire dosing path is flushed, and then allowing the components to dry thoroughly.
The bottle with mechanical spray pump is ideal for liquid, low-viscosity preparations that need to be applied as a fine mist or spray. It is particularly suitable for aqueous solutions, hydrolats, alcohol-based blends, light toners, air fresheners, and textile and interior sprays. For thicker or oil-based formulations, we always recommend testing whether the chosen spray pump provides smooth and even dosing without clogging.
Before disposal, it is advisable to remove as much product residue as possible from the packaging by rinsing. Then place the aluminum container in the separate collection for metal packaging according to the local waste collection rules in your municipality or city. The plastic spray pump must be separated from the bottle and disposed of in the appropriate plastic container or in mixed waste according to the local sorting system. Always follow the information given in the product parameters and the recommendations of your waste management provider.
