Aluminium bottle with black spray pump and shiny gold collar is an elegant and practical packaging intended for filling modern cosmetic products and aromatherapeutic formulations. The metal body of the container provides solid protection for liquid products, while the high-quality spray pump ensures comfortable, even dosing in a fine mist. This type of bottle is particularly suitable for formulations where the combination of reliable closure, practical use and professional appearance of the final product is important.
This metal bottle with spray pump forms a functional, tested unit suitable for immediate use without the need for additional components. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test – verifying sealing, consistent dosing and the behaviour of the specific formulation in contact with the packaging during the planned period of use.

The aluminium packaging is generally stable even with formulations containing alcohol or essential oils; however, it is always necessary to carry out your own compatibility test of the specific composition. We recommend filling a smaller test amount and monitoring possible changes for several days to weeks – colour, scent, viscosity, spray pump functionality and any change to the internal surface of the packaging. In this way you will verify that the bottle is suitable for your specific formula.
The packaging can be reused, provided that hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the spray pump must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected in order to minimise the risk of microbial contamination and impact on the stability of the new product. For disinfection we recommend using a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After rinsing and disinfection, allow all parts to dry completely at room temperature and only then refill the packaging.
For cleaning we recommend using a mild cleaning agent and lukewarm water, followed if necessary by rinsing with a suitable alcohol. Avoid aggressive chemicals, abrasive sponges and prolonged soaking in strongly alkaline or acidic solutions, which could negatively affect the surface of the packaging or the internal protective layer. It is appropriate to rinse the spray pump under running water and then allow it to dry completely to prevent clogging of the nozzle.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, it is appropriate to recycle it responsibly according to the type of material specified in the product parameters. The metal body of the bottle, after emptying and basic rinsing, goes into the appropriate metal container, while the plastic parts of the spray pump go into sorted waste for the relevant plastic material according to the marking. Before handing over for recycling, we recommend removing product residues from the packaging, and if necessary handing over heavily contaminated packaging separately according to local waste management rules.
