Aluminium bottle with black sprayer and glossy gold collar represents an elegant and functional packaging for various liquid preparations where a gentle, even application in the form of a mist or spray is important. Thanks to the high-quality metal body and precise spraying mechanism, it is suitable for filling cosmetic, hygiene and cleaning formulations that require reliable protection and convenient dosing. The opaque metal design contributes to better stability of more sensitive components by limiting light access to the contents.
This product is a ready-made combination of a bottle with integrated sprayer, designed to provide convenient dosing immediately after filling. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), especially for formulas with a higher content of alcohol, essential oils or surface-active agents.

Yes, the packaging can be reused if basic hygiene principles are observed. Before each refilling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the bottle and sprayer, rinsing them and then disinfecting them with a suitable product, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For this purpose, you can use the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Only after the packaging is completely dry and aired out is it suitable to proceed with refilling.
The sprayer is ideal for low-viscosity liquids intended to be dispensed as a fine mist or spray – for example facial and body toners, floral waters, hair sprays, air fresheners or fabric sprays. For thicker emulsions or gels, dosing may be less smooth, so in such cases we recommend first testing the behaviour of the specific formulation in a small quantity.
Before the first use and between repeated fillings, we recommend thoroughly rinsing the bottle with a suitable cleaning solution, then with potable water and letting it drain. It is then advisable to disinfect the packaging – for example by rinsing and spraying the inner surface and the spraying mechanism with the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After disinfection, let all parts dry thoroughly at room temperature so that no residues of cleaning or disinfecting agents remain in the packaging that could affect your final products.
If you decide not to use the packaging any longer, we recommend handing it over for recycling in a responsible way. Before recycling, empty the bottle and give it a basic rinse so that no product residues remain. The aluminium body of the packaging is normally placed in separated collection of metal packaging according to the local waste collection rules in your municipality or city. The plastic sprayer should be separated from the bottle body – sorting of the plastic part is governed by the local collection system guidelines. We recommend following the pictograms and information shown in the parameter table of the specific product on the website.
The simplest way to choose a suitable packaging is to use the advanced filter in the packaging material categories. This allows you to quickly narrow down the packaging options that will match the required appearance, compatibility with closures and practical use for your specific formulation.
