The plastic bottle with dispenser represents a practical and hygienic packaging for various liquid and gel preparations, where precise and controlled dosing is important. Thanks to the integrated dispenser, it allows convenient application of the product directly onto the skin or into the palm of the hand, minimizes the contact of the contents with air and helps maintain the stability and quality of the formulation throughout the entire period of use. This type of packaging is especially popular for cosmetic and hygiene products that require reliable and clean dosing without unnecessary waste.
This bottle is supplied on Handymade as a ready-made combination of packaging + dosing closure, which means it is immediately ready for filling and use. The combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure the packaging will cooperate reliably with your specific product in the long term.
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The dispenser on this bottle is ideal especially for liquid and medium-viscosity products, such as milks/lotions, light emulsions, gels or oil blends. For thicker creams, we recommend first doing a small trial test to see whether the pump can dispense the product smoothly without excessive pressure. If the formulation “sticks” during dosing or is dispensed unevenly, a packaging with a larger dosing channel diameter or another type of closure is more suitable.
The bottle can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed; however, we always recommend thoroughly cleaning the packaging between individual fillings and then disinfecting it. For disinfection, products such as IPA 99 – isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured, plant-based are suitable, which you can find on Handymade: IPA 99 – isopropyl alkohol and Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. Before refilling, make sure that the inside of the bottle and the dispenser are completely dry and free of residues of the original product, in order to prevent undesirable reactions or microbial growth.
After emptying the packaging, first mechanically remove the product residues, then rinse the bottle and the dispenser with a suitable cleaning agent and a sufficient amount of water. After washing, let the components dry thoroughly and only then disinfect them with a suitable alcohol-based preparation (e.g. IPA 99 or Etanol 96 %). Let the disinfectant act, allow any residue to evaporate, and only then refill the container. With this procedure, you reduce the risk of microbial contamination when reusing the packaging.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend, after emptying and basic cleaning, placing it into sorted waste collection according to the type of material specified in the product parameters on Handymade. The plastic bottle and the dispenser should be freed as much as possible from product residues and then placed in the appropriate container according to local waste-sorting rules. If the packaging contains several different materials, follow the recommendation in the parameter table and local recycling regulations to ensure the most environmentally responsible handling of the packaging material.
After clicking on the relevant packaging category on Handymade, you can use the advanced filter at the top of the page, which will help you narrow down the selection according to specific requirements. It is possible to filter, for example, by neck type, size, colour and material of the packaging, which allows you to quickly choose a bottle, jar or another container that will best match the properties of your product and the desired design. We recommend comparing several options and, for specific formulations, always doing a trial filling to verify compatibility.
