Plastic bottle with dispenser represents a practical and reliable packaging for precise dosing of various liquid preparations. Thanks to its high-quality design, it is suitable for filling cosmetic as well as technical formulations, where control of the volume with each press of the pump is important. The dark version of the bottle helps to reduce the penetration of light to the more sensitive contents and thus supports their longer stability.
The packaging is designed to allow comfortable handling even with frequent use. The glossy dispenser ensures even and hygienic application of the product directly where it is needed, which you will appreciate with concentrated serums, emulsions and other liquid preparations.
This description is intended for the bottle + dispenser combination, which is designed as a functional unit. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure that the packaging cooperates reliably with your specific product.
All technical parameters of the packaging are specified in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The packaging can be reused if basic hygiene rules are followed. Before each new filling, it is necessary to thoroughly clean the bottle and the dispenser and then disinfect them with a suitable agent, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. In the offer you will find, for example, the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol and Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. Only after complete drying is the packaging ready for new filling.
It is best suited for liquid and semi-liquid formulations where a precise, hygienic and repeatable dose is important. These are mainly facial serums, concentrated treatment emulsions, special cures for local use, professional samples, or auxiliary solutions that you need to dose in a smaller amount without spilling.
Before filling, we recommend working in the cleanest environment possible and using suitable tools for pouring (laboratory cylinders, funnels or dosing syringes). First clean the bottle and the dispenser, disinfect them (e.g. using alcohol-based disinfectants from the Handymade offer) and let them dry completely. When filling, do not exceed the recommended level specified in the product parameters, so that the proper operation of the pump is maintained and the risk of leakage during closing is minimized.
Before recycling, it is advisable to empty the packaging as much as possible and remove any product residues. The subsequent method of sorting is governed by the material specified in the product parameters for the particular packaging – according to this information you assign the bottle and dispenser to the appropriate sorted waste (for example, plastic packaging to the yellow container). If the packaging contains several materials, it is ideal to separate them as far as possible (for example separate the pump from the body of the bottle) and sort them separately, in accordance with local waste collection rules.
The easiest way to choose is to use the extended filter in the relevant packaging category. Thanks to this, you will quickly find a bottle, medicine bottle or dosing packaging that will meet the technical requirements and the visual style of your product.
