Plastic medicine bottle with aluminum cap represents a professional packaging suitable for filling various liquid and powder formulations in cosmetics, pharmaceutical or laboratory production in both small and medium batches. The durable plastic together with the high-quality metal closure helps protect the contents from contamination, leakage and normal handling, making the packaging suitable for safe dispensing and storage of more sensitive preparations.
Thanks to its practical shape, this small bottle is suitable for continuous use in the bathroom, first-aid kit or production workshop and is also easy to carry in a bag or handbag. The standalone plastic bottle is designed to be compatible with various types of closures and dosage systems depending on the selected parameters. In practice, it can be combined with screw caps, dropper inserts, pipettes, spray tops or practical applicators, allowing you to easily adapt the dosing to the specific product and intended use.
The combinations of containers and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and the behavior of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) so that you can be sure of correct functioning for your particular recipe.

The medicine bottle is suitable for packaging concentrated serums, oil blends, toners, special cures and trial samples. Thanks to the screw cap, it is suitable for products that require reliable closure and convenient handling in everyday use. The packaging can be completed with a label and included in a coherent line of cosmetic products.
Yes, the packaging can be reused if hygienic principles are followed. Before each new filling, the bottle must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, ideally using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, for example with the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Only after complete drying and evaporation of the disinfectant is the packaging ready for further use.
For basic cleaning, a rinse with lukewarm water and a suitable detergent is sufficient, after which the packaging should be thoroughly rinsed and allowed to dry. When preparing it for reuse, disinfection is required, for example using the recommended alcohol solutions, followed by complete evaporation of any residual alcohol. Avoid excessive mechanical stress that could damage the thread, and in the case of the metal cap, ensure thorough drying to minimize the risk of stains or surface changes.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend that after emptying and basic rinsing you place it in sorted waste according to the material designation given in the product parameters. The plastic body of the bottle is usually placed in the container intended for plastics and the metal cap in the collection of metal packaging or in combined collection if such exists in your municipality. When recycling, always follow local waste-sorting rules and try to remove any product residues so that the packaging can be processed as efficiently as possible in the recycling process.
