Plastic bottle made from high-quality material represents a practical and reliable packaging for various liquid and slightly viscous formulations in cosmetics and homemade products. Thanks to the well-thought-out shape and the surface design of the upper part, the bottle sits comfortably in the hand, is easy to fill and provides a stable base for products that require precise, controlled dosing. It is suitable for packaging preparations where protection of the contents against contamination and spillage is important, while at the same time aesthetically complementing the final appearance of the product.
Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly with appropriate handling and in the absence of visible damage, always provided that basic hygiene rules are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable preparation – for example isopropyl alcohol IPA 99 % or plant-based ethanol Ethanol 96 %. After disinfection, let the packaging dry completely so that residual moisture or impurities do not get into the product.
First remove residues of the original product, rinse the bottle with warm water and a mild cleaning agent and then rinse well with clean water. Then apply disinfection – it is recommended to rinse or spray the packaging with alcohol-based preparations such as IPA 99 % or Ethanol 96 %. After disinfection, let the container and closure dry naturally at room temperature, ideally upside down on a clean absorbent surface, and only then fill it again.
The plastic material used is selected so as to meet the requirements for strength, dimensional stability and suitability for cosmetic or technical liquids stated for the product. At the same time, it provides low weight and practical resistance during normal handling. For detailed information on the specific type of plastic, its resistance and possible uses, we recommend consulting the Packaging Quality Certificate and the product parameters section, where exact technical data and recommended storage conditions are stated.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend primarily recycling it in accordance with local waste sorting rules and according to the recycling mark stated in the product parameters. Before handing it over for separate collection, empty the bottle, ideally rinse it to remove product residues and remove any label remnants if required by the recycling system. Then place the packaging in the appropriate collection container according to the material type stated in the technical parameters, thereby supporting effective recovery of raw materials and reducing the amount of waste.
The simplest way to choose the right packaging is to use the advanced filter in the packaging materials category. After clicking on the relevant category, the option to filter by several parameters appears at the top of the page – for example by type of neck, size, colour or packaging material. This allows you to quickly narrow down the offer to bottles, jars or pots that suit your formulation and desired design, and thus more easily find the ideal solution for a specific product.
