Plastic pharmaceutical bottle with cream dispenser represents a professional solution for hygienic and precise dosing of cream and gel formulations. The packaging is designed for cosmetic and laboratory use, where controlled extrusion of the contents without contact with air and with minimized contamination is required. Thanks to the practical dispenser, it allows comfortable application while maintaining product cleanliness throughout the entire period of use.
The dark version of the packaging helps to better protect more sensitive formulations from light, which is particularly advantageous for products containing plant extracts or substances prone to oxidation. Such a pharmaceutical bottle is suitable for filling more viscous liquids, emulsions and creams that require precise, repeatable dosing and comfortable use at home, in salons and in hobby production.
This product forms a complete combination of bottle and dosing closure, ready for immediate use without the need to purchase additional parts. The combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

The dosing bottle is designed primarily for cream and gel formulations with the usual viscosity used in face and body cosmetics. With very thick butters or balms, dosing can be more difficult, so we recommend carrying out a trial filling on a small sample to verify smooth extrusion of the contents and comfort of application.
The packaging can be reused if basic hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle must be completely emptied, mechanically cleaned and then thoroughly disinfected in the inner space as well as the dosing part. For disinfection we recommend using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, for example the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. Allow the disinfectant to evaporate and only then refill the packaging.
When filling, we recommend using a funnel or filling syringe to minimize contamination of the neck and thread. Do not fill the bottle completely to the top – leave a small reserve for proper seating of the dosing head. After screwing on the dispenser, press the product several times so that the system “primes” and dispenses the first dose. In this way you verify the smoothness and accuracy of dosing before putting the product into use or handing it over to the customer.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend first completely emptying it and removing product residues. Adapt the method of recycling to the type of plastic indicated in the parameter table for the product on the Handymade website – according to this information, place the packaging in the appropriate category of sorted waste (most often the container for plastics). If the dispenser is composed of several materials, follow local waste sorting rules or hand it over at a collection yard, where they will advise you on an appropriate method of disposal.
