The plastic bottle with dispenser represents a practical and hygienic packaging solution for modern liquid body, facial and hair care products. Thanks to its ergonomic shape and integrated dispensing, it is suitable for precise application of preparations without unnecessary waste and without the content coming into contact with air. The darker version of the packaging contributes to better protection of sensitive components from light and helps maintain formula stability throughout the entire period of use.
The packaging is designed as a complete set – bottle with practical dispenser, which simplifies filling, labeling and storing of finished products. It is suitable for artisan, small-scale and semi-professional production of cosmetics and other liquid preparations where cleanliness of application and a repeatable dose are important.
Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. They are designed to ensure proper sealing, comfortable dispensing and reliable use under normal conditions. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test – checking the sealing, the behavior of the dispensing mechanism and the stability of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (especially for products with a higher content of alcohol, essential oils or active substances).

If the bottle is made of PET material, it is necessary to take into account that PET is not suitable for exposure to high temperatures – when heated, the packaging may deform. Such material is not suitable for cleaning in a dishwasher or for boiling. For cleaning, we recommend using lukewarm water and an appropriate disinfectant according to the type of formula being filled.
If you decide not to use the packaging repeatedly, we recommend handing it over to separate collection according to the type of plastic specified in the product parameters. Proper placement in the relevant container (according to the recycling mark of the material) supports efficient recycling and reduces the amount of waste.
Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly with a suitable type of product, always under strict hygiene conditions. Before each new filling, the bottle and the dispenser must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable alcoholic preparation, for example IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. Allow the disinfectant solution to act, rinse as needed, and let all parts dry completely before refilling.
Plastic packaging is primarily intended for filling at room temperature or only slightly elevated temperature. If the bottle is made of PET material, it is not recommended to expose it to high temperatures or fill it with hot mixtures, because there is a risk of softening or deformation of the packaging. Such material is not suitable for cleaning in a dishwasher or for boiling. For formulations that require hot filling, it is advisable to choose another type of packaging designed for higher temperatures.
The dispenser should be rinsed regularly with lukewarm water, especially for thicker or oil-based formulations. When changing the formula or in the case of repeated use, we recommend disassembling the dispenser (if its design allows it), cleaning it mechanically and then disinfecting it with alcohol, for example with preparations based on isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. After disinfection, let all parts dry completely so that the new filling is not diluted by residual water.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend emptying it as much as possible, wiping off any remaining content and handing it over to separate collection according to the type of plastic specified in the product parameters. The recycling symbol of the material (for example, the marking for a specific type of plastic) will tell you into which container the packaging belongs. If the dispenser is made of a different type of plastic than the body of the bottle, it is ideal to separate them before disposal. This supports more efficient sorting and recycling in collection systems.
