The plastic bottle with a matte black trigger sprayer represents a practical solution for packaging various liquid preparations where even dosing in the form of a fine mist or spray is important. This packaging is suitable for both professional and home use in the production of cosmetics, cleaning and interior preparations, while offering reliable and comfortable spraying during everyday handling. Thanks to the high-quality plastic material, the bottle features good resistance, shape stability and low weight, which makes transport and storage of finished products easier.
This product represents a complete packaging set: bottle + trigger sprayer, designed for immediate use without the need to purchase additional closures. The combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The bottle can be reused if hygiene rules are observed. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the packaging and then disinfecting it with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example using isopropyl alcohol IPA 99% or plant-derived ethanol Ethanol 96% denatured. Consistent hygiene helps to minimise the risk of microbial contamination and prolongs the shelf life of your products.
After the contents have been used up, we recommend rinsing the remaining preparation from the bottle and from the dip tube with lukewarm water. It is then advisable to pump clean water through the sprayer so that the entire mechanism is flushed. For thicker or oil-based formulations, a small amount of mild detergent can be used and then rinsed thoroughly so that no residues remain in the nozzle that could reduce spraying performance.
The bottle is intended for common cosmetic and cleaning solutions; however, for formulations containing alcohol or essential oils it is always necessary to carry out your own compatibility test. We recommend preparing a smaller test quantity, filling the packaging and monitoring any changes (softening of the plastic, colour change, impaired sealing or changed spraying pattern) over a period of several days to weeks. Based on the results, you can adjust the formula or choose a different type of packaging.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, it is recommended to recycle it in accordance with local waste-sorting regulations. First remove any remaining contents from the bottle and, according to the type of plastic used (listed in the parameter table for the product), dispose of it in the appropriate container for sorted plastic. The trigger sprayer may be made of several materials; if possible, separate it into parts according to the recommendations of the municipality or collection company. By recycling the packaging, you help to reduce the amount of waste and to use raw materials more efficiently.
