The plastic bottle with sprayer represents a practical, lightweight and durable solution for packaging various liquid preparations where convenient and even atomization of the contents is important. It is ideal for cosmetic, hygiene and cleaning formulations that you need to apply in the form of a fine mist or a direct spray. Thanks to the thoughtfully designed shape of the container and the functional sprayer, the packaging is also adapted for more frequent everyday use.
This packaging is made from high-quality plastic material designed to withstand normal handling, transport and storage in cosmetic and craft workshops. The darker version of the bottle helps limit light penetration to the more sensitive components of the formulas, which is an advantage especially for products containing plant extracts, oils or aromatic substances. The sprayer enables comfortable dosing without the fingers coming into contact with the contents, which contributes to higher hygiene and stability of the composition.
This bottle is offered on Handymade as a complete package with sprayer. The packaging and closure combinations that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test – checking the seal, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (especially for products with a higher content of alcohol, essential oils or active ingredients).

The packaging can be safely reused if hygiene principles are observed. Before the first and every subsequent filling, we recommend mechanically cleaning the bottle and sprayer, rinsing thoroughly and then disinfecting with a suitable alcohol, for example the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant‑based. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry completely at room temperature, and only then refill the packaging.
The plastic bottle with sprayer is not intended for washing in a dishwasher or for boiling. Exposure to high temperatures can lead to deformation of the walls of the packaging, damage to the thread or deterioration of the sprayer’s functionality. For cleaning, therefore use lukewarm water, a mild cleaning agent and subsequent disinfection with a suitable alcohol, in order to maintain the stability of the material and the reliability of dosing.
The bottle with sprayer is particularly suitable for liquid preparations of low to medium viscosity that need to be applied in the form of a fine spray. These include toning waters, hydrolats, face and body refreshers, hair and styling sprays, aromatic room sprays and light cleaning and hygiene solutions. For thicker emulsions and gels, spraying may be limited, so we recommend carrying out a trial filling and dosing test before the final production of a series of products.
Store filled packages in a dry place, at a stable room temperature and out of direct sunlight. Avoid long‑term exposure to heat sources (radiators, heated shelves, car in direct sun) to prevent unnecessary heating of the packaging and the contents. We recommend keeping the bottles well closed, in an upright position, to minimize leakage into the thread and ensure clean dosing during use.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend emptying it and rinsing it if possible, and sorting the individual parts (bottle and sprayer) according to the material type indicated in the product parameters. Follow the recycling symbol and the packaging sorting recommendations in your household or workshop – most often this means placing it in the appropriate plastic container. Thanks to proper recycling, the material can be used again and the amount of waste is reduced.
