The plastic bottle with disc-top closure is a practical cosmetic packaging intended for hygienic and precise dispensing of various liquid formulations. Thanks to the combination of a durable plastic body and a comfortable disc-top cap, it is suitable for packing products that require clean and controlled squeezing without excessive contact with air.
The disc-top system allows convenient one-handed opening and closing, which you will appreciate during everyday use in the bathroom, in the salon, and while travelling. The packaging is designed to protect the contents against contamination and unwanted leakage, while being suitable for a wide range of cosmetic and hygiene products.
This product represents a combination of bottle and closure which is created on Handymade as a ready-made, coordinated solution. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (tightness, dispensing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

Yes, the bottle with disc-top cap is suitable for smaller home series as well as for professional production, test batches or travel sizes. Thanks to the practical dispensing and hygienic closure, you can use it in the bathroom, beauty salon, barbershop and in small-scale artisanal production. However, before placing the product on the market, we always recommend testing the long-term stability of your formulation in this type of packaging.
The packaging can be reused provided that correct hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling, the bottle and closure must be thoroughly cleaned and subsequently disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example using the products IPA 99 – isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured available on the page IPA 99 – isopropyl alkohol and Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Only after drying and checking the cleanliness is the packaging ready for reuse.
It is advisable to dismantle the cap into the accessible parts, rinse them with warm water and detergent, and mechanically clean all crevices where product can accumulate. After thoroughly rinsing with clean water, we recommend letting the components dry at room temperature and then disinfecting them with an alcohol-based preparation. When cleaning, avoid very high temperatures and aggressive solvents which could affect the functionality of the flexible parts of the mechanism.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it where possible. First, use up or remove product residues, rinse the bottle and, according to the material information in the product parameters, place it in the appropriate separate collection (the type of plastic or other material is always given with the product). It is advisable to separate the cap from the bottle body so that proper sorting can take place at the collection point. In case of doubt, follow the local waste-sorting rules in your municipality or city.
