The plastic bottle with dispenser is a practical and reliable packaging solution suitable for modern liquid body, face and hair care products. Thanks to the precise dispenser, it enables comfortable and controlled application of the contents, helping to maintain hygiene during everyday use. The combination of a high‑quality plastic body and a functional pump closure is ideal for formulations that require clean and repeated dosing without the contents coming into contact with air.
This product represents a combination of bottle and dispenser, created on Handymade as a functional unit. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) so that you can be sure that the packaging is suitable for your particular product.
All technical parameters of the packaging are specified in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The packaging can be reused if handled correctly and if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning both the bottle and the dispenser and then disinfecting them with a suitable agent, for example IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured, plant‑based. Only after completely drying is the packaging ready to be refilled.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend emptying it, rinsing out any product residues as thoroughly as possible and then sorting it according to the type of plastic indicated in the parameter table for the product. Both the bottle and the dispenser should be placed in the appropriate plastic‑waste container according to local sorting rules. By recycling correctly, you reduce the amount of waste and support the reuse of materials.
The bottle with dispenser is ideal for liquid and semi‑liquid products that are used in smaller amounts and frequently throughout the day. It is suitable, for example, for liquid soaps, shower gels, body and face lotions, lighter creams, shampoos, conditioners or massage emulsions. The pump ensures convenient, clean and even dosing without spilling or dripping.
For trouble‑free use, we recommend formulating the product so that it is not too thick or gel‑like, as this could reduce the smoothness of dosing. A liquid to medium‑viscosity consistency is ideal. Before final filling, always perform a dosing test on a smaller amount – this will allow you to verify whether the pump can draw in and dispense the product without any problems and whether an adjustment of the formulation is needed.
The easiest solution is to use the advanced filter in the relevant packaging category. After clicking on the appropriate category at the top of the page, you will find the option of detailed filtering according to several parameters – for example by neck type, size, colour or material. This allows you to quickly narrow down the range to the packaging options that best match your product and technical requirements.
For normal use, we recommend protecting the packaging from mechanical damage and extreme temperatures. In case of contamination, gently clean the surface with a cloth and a suitable cleaning agent that is compatible with the plastic used as well as with your product. For longer‑term storage, it is advisable to lock the dispenser (if its design allows this) or at least protect it from unintentional pressing to prevent accidental leakage of the contents.
