The plastic bottle with spray pump represents a practical and aesthetic solution for precise and gentle dosing of liquid preparations in the form of a mist. Thanks to the combination of a durable plastic body and a functional mechanical sprayer, it is suitable for packaging cosmetic blends, cleaning solutions and home-made formulations where convenient and controlled application to the skin or surfaces is important. The elegant design with a prominent decorative element on the sprayer supports the professional appearance of the product and is also suitable for small brands, artisan production or gift packaging.
This bottle is supplied directly in combination with a sprayer, with the individual parts designed to form a functional and reliable unit. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test – checking sealing, the quality and consistency of dosing, as well as the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (especially for products with a higher content of alcohol, essential oils or active substances).
All technical parameters of the packaging are specified in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The bottle can be used repeatedly if hygienic principles are observed, especially for home-made production or for refilling with the same type of preparation. Before each new filling, it is necessary to thoroughly clean the packaging and then disinfect it with a suitable alcohol solution, for example with the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. This minimises the risk of microbial contamination and extends the safety of using the contents.
Before further use, we recommend disassembling the bottle into the body, the spray head and any protective cap. Wash the internal surfaces with warm water and a mild detergent and rinse well. After mechanical cleaning, it is advisable to carry out disinfection – rinsing or spraying both the bottle and the sprayer with alcohol, for example with the preparations IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured plant-based, and allowing them to dry completely. This ensures the highest possible level of hygiene before refilling.
The bottle is intended for use with common cosmetic and hygiene preparations, including products containing alcohol or essential oils at the concentrations recommended for cosmetics. For formulations with a higher proportion of alcohol or highly concentrated essential oils, we recommend carrying out your own compatibility test – filling a smaller amount, monitoring the behaviour of the plastic, the sprayer and the sealing over time, and verifying the stability of the fragrance, texture and spray performance.
If you decide not to reuse the bottle, it is recommended to recycle it according to the type of plastic specified in the product parameters. Before handing it over for separate collection, completely use up or remove any remaining contents, rinse the packaging and, where possible, separate the bottle body from the spray head and any metal or decorative parts. Place the body itself, corresponding to the indicated recycling symbol, into the appropriate plastic container according to local collection rules, thereby supporting its further material recovery.
