After clicking on the selected category, a panel will appear at the top of the page with the option to filter according to several parameters. You can choose according to neck type, size, colour and packaging material. By combining these filters, you can quickly narrow down the offer to packaging that meets your product’s technical and visual requirements.

The packaging can be reused if basic hygiene rules are followed, especially within the same or a similar product category. However, before each new filling it is necessary to thoroughly clean the bottle and disinfect the interior as well as the dispenser. For disinfection we recommend using highly concentrated alcohol, such as isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, which you can find in the range under the product names IPA 99% and plant-based ethanol 96%: IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol and Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. After thorough rinsing and drying you can safely refill the packaging.

The dispenser should be cleaned gently so that the seals and spring mechanism are not damaged. After emptying the contents, first pump lukewarm water through the pump several times, then, if necessary, rinse the inside with a mild soapy solution and again rinse thoroughly with clean water. For disinfection you can use a small amount of alcohol and let it pass through the dispensing system. After cleaning it is important to allow all parts to dry completely at room temperature, away from direct sunlight.

With thicker emulsions or gel formulations, it is important to adjust the viscosity so that the dispenser can reliably draw in and expel the product. It is recommended to carry out a trial filling with a smaller amount of product and test whether the pump dispenses smoothly and without clogging. Avoid filling preparations that contain larger solid particles, which can damage or block the mechanism. After filling, check the cleanliness of the bottle neck and the area around the thread to ensure good sealing of the closure.

Always store the filled bottle tightly closed, in a dry and clean environment, protected from direct sunlight and significant temperature fluctuations. Cosmetic formulations usually tolerate best stable room conditions and protection from moisture. During transport we recommend securing the bottle against accidental pressing of the pump, for example by suitable packaging or a transport lock if it is part of the closure. By following these principles, you will support longer stability and safe use of your product.

If you decide not to use the bottle any longer, we recommend first emptying it completely and, if possible, rinsing out any product residues. The subsequent recycling method should be adapted to the material types listed in the parameter table for the specific product on the website. Individual parts of the packaging made from different materials (bottle body, pump, tube) should be separated and sorted according to the relevant collection categories. By following the recommended sorting, you reduce the amount of waste and enable more efficient processing of the used packaging materials.
