The plastic bottle made from high‑quality material represents a practical and reliable packaging for various liquid and gel formulations. It is designed to ensure safe dosing, easy handling and a professional appearance of the final product, whether it is cosmetics, laboratory solutions or homemade mixtures. Thanks to the suitably selected plastic material, the bottle is lightweight, resistant to normal mechanical stress and ideal for everyday use in home as well as small‑scale craft production.
Yes, the packaging can be reused with a suitable type of filling and careful handling, but it is always essential to observe basic hygiene principles. Before each new filling, we recommend washing the bottle thoroughly, rinsing it and then disinfecting it with an alcohol‑based preparation, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant‑based. Only after it has completely dried and aired is the bottle ready for further use. For PET material, make sure not to expose the packaging to high temperatures, do not boil it and do not wash it in a dishwasher, to prevent deformation.
For repeated use, it is important first to clean the packaging mechanically – rinse it with lukewarm water and a small amount of mild detergent suitable for contact surfaces, rinse thoroughly and allow it to drain. We then recommend spraying or rinsing the inner walls and neck with disinfectant alcohol, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant‑based, and allowing it to dry completely. For plastics, especially PET, do not use boiling or a dishwasher cycle, to avoid damaging or deforming the packaging.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend prioritising recycling. The recycling procedure is determined by the type of plastic indicated in the product parameters (e.g. marking PET, HDPE, etc.). According to this marking, empty the packaging, wipe off any remaining contents with paper if necessary, separate any different materials (labels, metal parts of the closure) and place it in the appropriate sorting container for plastics or take it to a collection yard according to local regulations. The recycling recommendations are based on the material composition given in the parameter table of the specific packaging.
Plastic packaging, especially made from PET material, is not intended for filling with hot or freshly heat‑treated mixtures. High temperature can lead to deformation of the walls, reduced strength and may affect the sealing of the closure. We recommend filling only contents that have cooled to room temperature. Do not boil the bottle and do not wash it in a dishwasher, so that it is not damaged. When planning the formulation, always take into account the material recommendations stated in the product parameters.
To select a suitable bottle, dropper bottle or jar, you can use the advanced filter in the packaging categories. After clicking on the relevant category, a filtering panel will appear at the top of the page, where you can sort products according to parameters such as neck, size, colour and material. In this way you can quickly narrow down the offer to packaging that will best match your specific formulation and visual requirements. In case of doubt, it is worth comparing several packages and checking their compatibility with the available closures and dispensers.
