In this way you can quickly narrow down the range to the packaging that best meets your specific formulation and the visual concept of your brand.

The bottle can be used repeatedly when handled appropriately and when hygienic principles are observed. However, before each new filling it is necessary to clean and disinfect the packaging thoroughly in order to minimise the risk of microbial contamination of the new batch of product. For disinfection we recommend using a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, which you can find among the raw materials for disinfection. When handling, it is also important to pay attention to the cleanliness of the filling tools and the work surface.

Before refilling, it is advisable to first rinse the bottle and closure mechanically to remove residues of the original product, then wash them with lukewarm water and a mild detergent and rinse thoroughly. After drying, we recommend disinfecting the internal surfaces and contact parts with an alcohol solution, for example based on isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. Disinfection should be carried out immediately before filling to minimise the risk of secondary contamination. When handling the dry and clean packaging, use clean gloves or tweezers and avoid touching the internal parts with your hands.

The disc-top closure is ideal for liquid and slightly viscous products where convenient and controlled dispensing is important. It is excellent for shampoos, shower gels, body emulsions, liquid soaps, oils or make-up removers. Thanks to the simple opening and closing with one finger, it is also practical for use in the shower or when working in a beauty salon. For very thick formulations or gel textures we always recommend carrying out a trial filling to verify whether the flow rate through the closure opening is sufficient.

We recommend storing products in a well-closed bottle, at a stable room temperature and away from direct sunlight or sources of heat. Such conditions help to maintain the consistency and properties of cosmetic preparations during the recommended period of use. When storing, it is advisable to avoid extreme temperature fluctuations, which could negatively affect not only the formulation itself but also the sealing properties of the closure. If the product contains volatile components or a high proportion of natural oils, we recommend regularly checking the condition of the closure and the cleanliness around the bottle neck.

If you decide not to use the bottle any longer, we recommend first emptying it and removing any remaining contents. Then clean the packaging and separate the individual parts according to the material used, based on the information given in the product parameters. Plastic components should be sorted into the appropriate container for segregated waste according to local collection rules. By sorting correctly, you reduce the amount of waste and support the reprocessing of raw materials, while clean packaging has a higher chance of being successfully recycled.
