Plastic bottle with disc-top closure represents a practical and easy-to-handle packaging for various liquid and gel preparations. Thanks to its ergonomic shape and durable plastic material, it offers reliable protection of the contents, easy dosing and clean application in everyday use. It is particularly suitable for formulations where control of the amount at each squeeze of the bottle is important.
The disc-top closure allows convenient one-handed opening and closing and helps to minimize unintended leakage of the contents during storage or transport. Such a bottle is ideal for cosmetic formulations as well as home projects where the combination of aesthetics, functionality and a professional appearance of the finished product is important.
This packaging represents a complete combination of bottle and disc-top closure. The packaging and closure combinations that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

The packaging can be used repeatedly if basic hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling it is necessary to thoroughly clean the bottle and closure and then disinfect them with a suitable preparation, for example with isopropyl alcohol or denatured plant ethanol. Only after the disinfectant has completely dried and ventilated do we recommend filling the container again, in order to maintain the quality and stability of the stored product.
Before cleaning, it is advisable to completely empty the bottle and disassemble the closure. We then recommend rinsing it with lukewarm water and a mild cleaning agent, rinsing thoroughly and allowing it to dry completely. After mechanical cleaning it is appropriate to disinfect the packaging using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. Avoid using high temperatures and aggressive cleaning agents that could unnecessarily stress the material.
The plastic material of this bottle is not intended to be exposed to very high temperatures. Washing in a dishwasher and thermal boiling are not recommended, because at high temperatures the walls of the packaging and the closure may deform or weaken. For normal maintenance, lukewarm water, a mild cleaning agent and subsequent disinfection with an alcohol solution as needed are sufficient.
If you decide not to use the packaging any longer, we recommend first completely emptying it and removing residues of the original contents. The method of recycling must be adapted to the type of plastic stated in the product parameters and on the packaging marking. According to the corresponding recycling symbol it is then appropriate to hand over the bottle and closure to separate plastic collection or to a collection yard. By following the recommended recycling rules you support careful handling of materials and reduce the amount of waste.
