The plastic bottle with dispensing system is a practical and reliable packaging solution suitable for various liquid cosmetic formulations, cleaning products and artisan blends. Thanks to its ergonomic shape, durable plastic body and white-silver dispenser, it enables comfortable and controlled application of the product directly where it is needed. This packaging is ideal for the production of small batches as well as professional products, where clean dosing, user comfort and the aesthetic appearance of the final packaging are important.
This bottle is supplied with a functional dispensing system, and all combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test – focusing in particular on sealing, consistent dosing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (viscosity, presence of alcohol, oils or active substances). Such a test will help you verify the long-term reliability of the packaging in real-world use.
All technical parameters of the packaging are specified in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters. There you will find exact information on the material used, the recommended storage conditions and recycling options, so that you can responsibly include the packaging in your own product portfolio.
The bottle can be used repeatedly if basic hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, the packaging must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol solution, for example with the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. This minimises the risk of microbial contamination and ensures the stability of your preparations during use.
Before repeated use, first rinse the bottle thoroughly with a suitable cleaning solution and clean water to remove residues of the original product. Then apply disinfection using an alcohol-based product – we recommend using isopropyl alcohol or plant-based ethanol. After thoroughly rinsing with the disinfectant, allow the packaging to dry completely at room temperature. This procedure supports hygiene safety and reduces the risk of the new contents deteriorating.
Plastic packaging of this type is not intended to be exposed to high temperatures. When in contact with hot water or when washed in a dishwasher, deformation of the packaging, deterioration of the dispenser’s sealing or changes in mechanical properties may occur. Boiling or sterilisation at high temperatures is also not recommended. For cleaning, therefore, use lukewarm water, mild agents and alcohol-based disinfection to maintain dimensional stability and the functionality of the dispensing mechanism.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, responsible recycling is recommended. Before placing it in a separate collection container, remove any product residues and rinse the packaging. Then follow the information on material composition given in the product parameters – depending on the plastic used, you will place the packaging in the appropriate container for plastic waste. The dispenser and the body of the packaging may be made of different plastics, so it is ideal to separate them before recycling if technically possible. In this way, you contribute to more efficient processing and reuse of materials.
To select a suitable packaging, we recommend using the advanced filter, which you can find at the top of the page after clicking on the chosen packaging category. With the filter you can clearly narrow down the results according to several parameters – for example according to the type of neck, desired size, colour or material. This allows you to quickly find bottles, vials, jars or other containers that meet your technological and aesthetic requirements.
When filling thicker (viscous) or alcohol-based formulations, we recommend always carrying out a trial filling in a smaller quantity. Check whether the dispenser expresses the product smoothly and evenly, whether it does not clog, and whether the solvents used or the alcohol content do not affect the sealing and plastic parts in the long term. Store the packaging at the recommended temperatures, away from direct sunlight and heat sources, in order to maintain the stability of the material and the quality of the final product.
