The plastic bottle with dispenser is a practical and professional‑looking packaging designed for hygienic dispensing of various liquid preparations. Thanks to the integrated dispenser, it is suitable for precise and controlled application of products for which cleanliness, comfort and even spreading without unnecessary waste of the contents are important. The reclosable system helps protect the refill from external contamination and limits unwanted leakage during storage or transport.
This packaging is supplied as a vial with integrated dispenser, with the specific properties defined in the product parameters. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure the bottle and the refill work together optimally even during long‑term use.
All technical parameters of the packaging are given in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters. When planning the use of the packaging, we recommend carefully checking this information, especially in relation to the type of formulation being filled, the storage conditions and the required stability of the finished product.
The packaging can be used repeatedly if basic hygiene principles are observed and it is handled appropriately. Before each new filling, the vial and the dispenser must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol‑based preparation, for example with isopropyl alcohol or with ethanol of plant origin. Allow the disinfectant to evaporate thoroughly and only then refill the container, so that neither the stability nor the fragrance of your formulation is affected.
First, disassemble the packaging into the individual parts that can be taken apart without using force. Rinse off the residues of the original product thoroughly with lukewarm water and a mild cleansing agent, then rinse the surfaces well with clean water. Then apply a disinfectant – we recommend using isopropyl alcohol or denatured ethanol. Allow the disinfectant to act and then let it evaporate completely. Only after it is completely dry is the packaging ready for new filling. The aim is to remove residues of the previous formulation as well as microbial contamination, in order to minimise the risk of contamination of the new product.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it correctly according to the type of plastic stated in the product parameters. First, empty the vial as much as possible and, if possible, rinse it to remove any remaining contents. Then sort the packaging into the appropriate container for plastic waste according to local sorting rules. In the case of a combination of several materials (for example a bottle and pump made of different plastics or with a metal spring), it is ideal to separate the individual parts, as long as the design allows this without damage. Recycling recommendations may differ slightly depending on the municipality, so also follow the local guidelines for waste sorting.
The plastic packaging is not intended to be exposed to high temperatures or to thermal sterilisation procedures such as boiling or dishwashing at high‑temperature programmes. Under excessive thermal stress, there may be deformation of the shape, weakening of the material or reduced functionality of the dispenser. For cleaning, therefore, use lukewarm water, a mild cleansing agent and subsequent disinfection with alcohol, while avoiding hot steam and direct contact with very hot surfaces.
