The plastic bottle with trigger sprayer is a practical packaging for fine and even dispersion of liquids, ideal for cosmetic formulations and homemade body and hair care preparations. Thanks to the high-quality plastic material and the precise spraying mechanism, it is suitable for packaging products where controlled dosing and comfortable application without hand contact with the contents are important.
The packaging is designed to withstand normal use in the bathroom, salon or home workshop, while being lightweight, unbreakable and comfortable to carry in a bag or cosmetic case. The practical sprayer makes it possible to create a fine mist or a stream depending on the character of the fill, which increases professionalism as well as user comfort in everyday use.
This product represents a combination of bottle and trigger sprayer, prepared for direct use without the need to purchase a separate closure. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

The trigger sprayer is ideal mainly for watery to slightly viscous preparations such as toners, hydrolats or gentle sprays for hair and body. For thicker emulsions or oil blends, we always recommend carrying out a trial filling to verify whether the mechanism can handle the given viscosity and whether the spraying remains even. In the case of very thick formulations, a pump or cream dispenser may be more suitable.
The packaging can be used repeatedly provided that you follow basic hygiene principles. Before each filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the bottle and sprayer, rinsing them with a suitable cleaning agent and then disinfecting them, for example using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For this purpose, you can use the products IPA 99 % – isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured, plant-based. After disinfection, allow the packaging to dry completely at room temperature and only then fill it with the final product.
Always store the filled packaging in a dry place, at room temperature and away from direct sunlight. Protect it from extreme temperature fluctuations that could affect the stability of the fill as well as the properties of the plastic material. When travelling, we recommend checking that the sprayer is closed and, if necessary, using a protective cap or transport case to prevent unintended pressing of the trigger and leakage of the contents.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend emptying it as much as possible and mechanically separating the individual parts (bottle body and sprayer). Then follow the recycling symbols and the information given in the parameter table for the specific product on the Handymade website. Depending on the type of plastic, the bottle body usually belongs in the plastic container, while the composite multi-material parts of the dispenser may end up in mixed waste if your local sorting system does not allow them to be recycled. Always also follow the waste separation rules in your municipality.
