The plastic bottle with transparent sprayer is a practical packaging designed for gentle and even spraying of products where comfortable and hygienic dosing is important. Thanks to the combination of a plastic container and a spray head, it is suitable for filling cosmetic as well as cleaning preparations that need to create a fine mist or a precisely targeted spray. The design of the bottle and sprayer supports stability during normal use, easy handling and comfortable application on the skin, hair or surfaces.
This bottle with sprayer represents a ready-made combination of packaging and dosing system that is directly prepared for filling and use. The combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure the packaging works reliably with your specific product.

The bottle can be reused if basic hygiene rules are observed. Before each new filling, the packaging must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, ideally using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol (for example, products available on Handymade in the packaging disinfection category, such as IPA and ethanol). Disinfection helps minimize the risk of microbial contamination and prolongs the stability of your finished product.
After the contents have been used up, we recommend first rinsing the bottle and spray head with lukewarm water and a suitable cleaning agent, then rinsing thoroughly with clean water. After drying, it is advisable to disinfect the internal surfaces and the sprayer mechanism as well – for example using an appropriate alcohol in a spray or sprayer, while we recommend pumping the disinfectant solution several times through the mechanism itself in order to clean the entire liquid pathway.
The sprayer is optimized mainly for aqueous solutions, hydrosols and light formulations with low viscosity. With thicker emulsions or heavier oils, spraying performance may deteriorate or the nozzle may clog. We always recommend carrying out a trial filling with a small product sample and verifying whether dosing proceeds smoothly, without dripping or uneven mist. If the product is too viscous, a pump dispenser may be more suitable.
To select the right packaging, we recommend using the advanced filter in the packaging material categories. After clicking on the relevant category (for example bottles, jars or pumps), at the top of the page you will find the option to filter by several parameters – specifically by neck type, size, colour and material. Thanks to this, you can easily narrow down the offer to packaging that is technically and design-wise suitable for your specific product.
If you decide not to reuse the bottle, we recommend recycling it responsibly according to the material composition specified in the product parameters. Before placing it in sorted waste, empty the bottle and rinse out product residues. Then place it in the appropriate container according to the type of plastic indicated for this packaging and in line with local waste sorting rules. In this way, you will support efficient processing and a reduction in the amount of waste.
