The plastic bottle with a glossy surface and practical dispensing represents a professional solution for hygienic and comfortable packaging of cosmetic formulations as well as other liquid contents. Thanks to its high-quality design, this universal bottle is suitable for both more viscous and thinner preparations that require controlled and clean dispensing during everyday application.
The packaging is designed to provide reliable protection of the contents against external influences while supporting the attractive appearance of the final product. The visual combination of the glossy bottle and the functional dispensing system looks modern and professional and is also suitable for small brands, artisanal production or test series of products.
The bottle with dispenser is designed to handle a wider range of viscosities – from lighter gels and fluids to medium-viscosity creams and lotions. However, before serial filling, we always recommend testing the dispensing with the specific formula, verifying the smooth operation of the pump and checking whether clogging or excessively free outflow of the product occurs.
The packaging can be reused provided that strict hygiene rules are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the dispensing part must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected, for example using the products IPA 99 – isopropyl alkohol or ethanol 96 % denaturovaný, which you can find in the offer on the pages IPA 99 – isopropyl alkohol 1 l and Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný 1 l. Disinfection reduces the risk of microbial contamination and helps maintain the quality of the new product throughout the entire period of use.
We recommend storing filled bottles in a dry and clean environment, protected from direct sunlight and significant temperature fluctuations. A stable room environment without excessive humidity is ideal. It is advisable to keep the packaging firmly closed to prevent contamination of the dispensing part, drying out or degradation of more sensitive components of the formulation.

In the advanced filter, products can be clearly sorted according to key parameters such as type and size of the neck, overall size of the packaging, colour or material. This allows you to quickly find the bottle, jar or pot that best matches your product and your filling technology.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend primarily recycling it according to the type of material specified in the parameter table for the product. Before placing it in sorted waste, it is advisable to empty the bottle and remove any product residues. Then place it in the appropriate collection container according to local recycling rules. By following the instructions in the product parameters, you support efficient material recovery of the packaging and reduction of environmental burden.
