The plastic bottle with a glossy surface and practical dispensing represents a professional solution for hygienic and comfortable packaging of cosmetic formulations as well as other liquid contents. Thanks to the high-quality design, this universal small bottle is suitable for thicker as well as thinner preparations that require controlled and clean dispensing during everyday application.
The packaging is designed to provide reliable protection of the contents against external influences and at the same time to support the attractive appearance of the final product. The visual combination of the glossy bottle and the functional dispensing system looks modern and professional and is also suitable for small brands, artisanal production or test series of products.
Bottles of this type are compatible with various types of closures and dispensing (for example screw caps, droppers, sprayers or practical applicators) according to the parameters chosen at purchase. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dispensing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation). During filling we recommend checking the dispensing method, the consistency of the product and the long-term stability of the closure, in order to ensure convenient and safe operation of the pump throughout the whole period of use.
All technical parameters of the packaging are given in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters. When working with plastic packaging, we recommend following the standard principles of Good Manufacturing Practice – especially when filling emulsions, gels and other more sensitive formulations. In the case of planned long-term storage of the finished product, it is advisable to carry out your own stability tests under the conditions in which the bottle will actually be used.
The bottle with dispenser is designed to handle a wider range of viscosities – from lighter gels and fluids to medium-thick creams and lotions. Before serial filling, however, we always recommend testing the dispensing with the specific formula, verifying the smooth operation of the pump and checking whether clogging or an excessively free outflow of the product occurs.
The packaging can be reused if strict hygiene rules are followed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the dispensing part must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected, for example using the products IPA 99 – isopropyl alkohol or etanol 96 % denaturovaný, which you can find in the offer on the pages IPA 99 – isopropyl alkohol 1 l and Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný 1 l. Disinfection reduces the risk of microbial contamination and helps to maintain the quality of the new product throughout the whole period of use.
We recommend storing the filled bottles in a dry and clean environment, protected from direct sunlight and significant temperature fluctuations. Ideally this is a stable room environment without excessive humidity. The packaging should be kept tightly closed so that the dispensing part is not contaminated and drying out or degradation of more sensitive components of the formulation does not occur.

In the advanced filter it is possible to sort products clearly according to key parameters such as type and size of the neck, overall size of the packaging, colour or material. Thanks to this you will quickly find the bottle, jar or pot that best corresponds to your product and filling technology.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend primarily recycling it according to the type of material given in the parameter table for the product. Before handing it over to sorted waste collection, it is advisable to empty the bottle and remove any product residues. Then place it in the appropriate collection container according to local recycling rules. By following the instructions in the product parameters, you support effective material recovery of the packaging and a reduction of environmental burden.
