Recycled plastic bottle 250 ml DISC TOP transparent represents a modern and environmentally responsible packaging, which is ideal for filling liquid and slightly viscous products. The transparent bottle allows clear control of the contents, which facilitates dosing as well as the visual presentation of the final product.
The recycled plastic material is designed to provide good mechanical resistance, shape stability and reliable protection of the contents during normal use. Thanks to the practical type of closure, the packaging is suitable for frequent opening and closing, while maintaining dosing cleanliness and comfort in everyday use.
Plastic bottles of this type are compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems (for example screw caps, droppers, sprayers or practical applicators) according to the selected parameters for the products in the Handymade.sk range. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test – verifying sealing, dosing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (viscosity, pH, alcohol or oil content).

The packaging can be used repeatedly if correct hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the bottle and disinfecting it with a suitable preparation. For disinfecting the inner surface of the packaging it is practical to use, for example, isopropyl alcohol or ethanol in cosmetic grade, which you can find in our range as IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol and Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After disinfection, let the packaging dry thoroughly and only then fill it again.
First we recommend rinsing the packaging with lukewarm water and a mild cleaning agent suitable for hand washing. Then rinse the packaging with clean water so that no detergent residues remain. Before new filling it is necessary to disinfect the inside of the bottle – alcohol-based disinfectant solutions are suitable, such as the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After treatment, leave the packaging open so that all alcohol residues can evaporate. Packaging prepared in this way is suitable for refilling.
Plastic packaging of this type is not intended to be exposed to high temperatures. When washing in a dishwasher, boiling or in contact with very hot water, the material may deform, the walls of the packaging may weaken or the function of the closure may deteriorate. We therefore recommend gentle hand cleaning with lukewarm water, followed by disinfection with an alcohol-based preparation. This preserves the shape stability of the bottle as well as the reliability of the sealing.
Before handing it over for recycling, it is advisable to remove any residues of the original contents from the packaging and, if possible, separate the individual parts (bottle, closure, any inserts). The plastic container itself, after being emptied and rinsed, is placed in sorted waste according to the type of plastic stated in the product parameters (e.g. the appropriate fraction for plastic packaging in the sorted collection system). Recycling rules may differ slightly depending on the specific collection system in your region, so we recommend following local instructions for waste sorting. If you do not want to use the packaging repeatedly, by recycling it you will support the reduction of the amount of plastic waste.
