Recycled plastic bottle with black-silver dispenser 250 ml represents a modern and reliable packaging suitable for filling various liquid products. Thanks to the practical dispensing, it is ideal for formulations where control of the amount with each press is important. The recycled plastic material provides stability and durability during normal use and at the same time makes it possible to create a professional appearance of the final product. The packaging is suitable for manufacturers of smaller and larger series, artisan brands and home crafting, where the combination of functionality and aesthetic design is important.
This packaging represents a complete bottle-with-dispenser solution, which is designed so that the individual parts work together reliably in everyday use. The combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

The packaging can, with appropriate handling, be used repeatedly, but we always recommend observing basic hygiene rules. Before each new filling, it is necessary to clean the bottle and the dispenser as thoroughly as possible and then disinfect them with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example using the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. This reduces the risk of microbial contamination during repeated use.
After emptying the contents, we recommend repeatedly rinsing the bottle and the dispenser with warm water and a suitable cleaning agent, while it is important to force the water through the pump several times so that the inner part of the mechanism is cleaned. We then recommend rinsing with clean water, let all parts dry thoroughly and, before refilling, carry out disinfection with a preparation containing alcohol. Such treatment helps to maintain smooth dispensing and product hygiene.
If you decide not to reuse the bottle and the dispenser, it is recommended to recycle them according to the material designation given in the product parameters. After thoroughly emptying and rinsing the packaging, it is appropriate to place it in the relevant container according to the type of plastic, or to separate the body of the bottle and the dispensing head if they are made of different materials. Always adapt the specific recycling rules to the local waste-sorting system and to the information in the parameter table at the product on Handymade.sk.
The dispensing pump is designed to handle common cosmetic formulations, including light to medium-viscosity emulsions and gels. For very thick products, however, we recommend performing a trial dispensing before series filling and, if necessary, adjusting the formula (for example by reducing the viscosity) so as to ensure smooth and even pumping without excessive strain on the pump.
