The plastic bottle made from recycled material is a practical and environmentally responsible packaging solution suitable for a wide range of cosmetic and technical liquids. Recycled plastic provides functional, lightweight and durable packaging that is at the same time more environmentally friendly. Thanks to its optimized shape, the bottle sits comfortably in the hand, is easy to fill and can be stored efficiently in both professional and home production.
This type of bottle is ideal for packaging various liquid preparations that require reliable protection of the contents and convenient dosing. In combination with a suitable closure or dispenser, it creates a universal packaging system for finished products, testers and samples. Recycled plastic enables responsible use of resources and supports sustainable solutions in the cosmetics, household & personal care and artisanal production segments.
Plastic bottles of this type are compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems (for example screw caps, droppers, sprayers or practical applicators), according to the parameters selected directly in the product detail. Combinations of containers and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test – checking the sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation, especially with active, acidic or highly viscous products.
All technical parameters of the packaging are specified in the enclosed packaging quality certificate and in the product parameters.
The bottle can be used repeatedly if basic hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, the container must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable agent, for example IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured, plant-based. This minimizes the risk of microbial contamination and extends the safe use of the packaging.
The bottle is made from recycled plastic material which, at the end of its life, can again be placed in separate collection in accordance with the designation in the product parameters (you can find the material symbol in the technical description). Before placing it in sorted waste, we recommend emptying the container as much as possible, rinsing it if necessary and, where possible, separating any closure or dispenser if they are made from a different material. If you decide not to reuse the container, an appropriate solution is to recycle it in line with local waste sorting rules.
The recycled plastic used for these bottles is designed to meet common requirements for packaging cosmetic and technical liquids. For more sensitive or highly active formulations (for example with a high content of acids, alcohol or essential oils), we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test. This involves filling a smaller amount of product, monitoring any changes to the container and checking the sealing of the selected closure or dispenser under real conditions of use.
After emptying the container, we recommend first rinsing the bottle thoroughly with suitable water or a medium that dissolves residues of the original product. It is then advisable to wash the container with a mild cleaning agent, rinse well and allow it to dry completely. Before refilling, it is always necessary to disinfect the inner surface and the thread, for example using IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured, plant-based. This ensures the highest possible hygiene standard during repeated use.
