The plastic bottle made from recycled material with a white‑silver dispenser represents a practical and aesthetic packaging suitable for various liquid and gel products. Thanks to the combination of recycled plastic and a functional dispensing system, this bottle is ideal for cosmetic formulations, hygiene products and home professional recipes where controlled application and convenient use are important.
The packaging is designed to allow precise, hygienic and consistently repeatable dosing, which helps reduce product waste and increases comfort during everyday use. The recycled plastic used to manufacture the bottle supports a more sustainable approach to product packaging while maintaining good mechanical resistance of the pack.
This product represents a complete combination of bottle and dispenser, designed to function reliably together in everyday use. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test – in particular in terms of sealing, dosing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation, including viscosity, alcohol content or active substances.
All technical parameters of the packaging are given in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The packaging can be reused if basic hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, we recommend carefully cleaning both the bottle and the dispenser and, depending on the nature of the product, also disinfecting them. For disinfection it is suitable to use, for example, isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, which you can find as IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant‑based. Always adapt the disinfection to the type of product you plan to fill into the packaging.
We recommend cleaning the dispenser gently so that the spring mechanism and the seals are not damaged. After the contents have been used up, you can rinse the dispenser with warm (not boiling) water with a mild detergent and pump several times so that the solution passes through the entire system. Subsequently, it is suitable to rinse with clean water and, if necessary, briefly treat with a disinfectant solution. Avoid mechanically forcing apart parts that are not intended to be disassembled.
If you decide not to use the packaging any longer, we recommend recycling it in accordance with local waste‑sorting rules. Before handing it over for separate collection, it is advisable to empty the packaging and remove residual product as much as possible. According to the material designation in the product parameters, place the bottle in the appropriate plastic fraction. Ideally, separate the dispenser from the bottle so that processing is more efficient. The bottle with dispenser is most suitable for low‑ to medium‑viscosity products, such as body and face lotions, light creams, gels and liquid cleansing products. For very thick formulations, dosing may be more difficult and it is advisable to test before filling whether the pump ensures smooth operation. For formulations with a higher alcohol content or active substances we recommend making a trial batch in order to verify long‑term compatibility with the material and sealing of the dispenser.
