Plastic bottle made of recycled PET with a transparent body and a practical white spray pump with a silver matt ring is designed for convenient dispensing of liquid preparations using a fine mist. Thanks to the combination of lightweight recycled plastic and a functional spray mechanism, this packaging is ideal for filling various cosmetic, cleaning and auxiliary preparations where uniform spraying onto the skin or surface is important.
The recycled PET material provides good mechanical resistance, low weight and visual clarity of the packaging, so the contents remain clearly visible and easy to inspect. The transparent bottle with spray pump is particularly suitable for liquid formulations on a water base or with a lower alcohol content, where convenient, hygienic and economical dispensing is required. PET material should not be exposed to high temperatures, therefore the packaging is not intended for boiling or washing in a dishwasher, in order to avoid the risk of deformation and deterioration of the spray pump function.
This bottle with spray pump represents a complete functional combination of packaging and dispensing system. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).
All technical parameters of the packaging are given in the enclosed packaging quality certificate and in the product parameters.
The bottle can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are followed, however we recommend reserving it for the same or a very similar type of product. Before each new filling it is necessary to clean the packaging thoroughly and disinfect it with a suitable alcohol solution, for example using IPA 99 % – isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured of plant origin. After disinfection, allow the inside of the bottle and the components of the spray pump to dry thoroughly at room temperature.
Recycled PET material should not be exposed to high temperatures, therefore do not boil the bottle or the spray pump and do not wash them in a dishwasher. There is a risk of deformation of the packaging, softening of the walls or damage to the thread and the spray mechanism. For cleaning, use lukewarm water with a mild detergent, rinse well and then disinfect with the recommended alcohol-based preparation. After rinsing, allow all parts to dry naturally away from sources of direct heat.
Before filling, make sure that the bottle is clean and dry. Pour in the selected preparation so that there is sufficient space left at the top for the thread and for the immersion of the dip tube, thus minimising the risk of overflow when screwing on the spray pump. It is recommended to work with liquids of a viscosity suitable for spraying, usually aqueous solutions or light blends with alcohol. After screwing on the spray pump, check the tightness and before first use press the pump several times until it starts dispensing an even spray.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend its recycling within segregated waste collection. The bottle is made of recycled PET, therefore after emptying and rinsing place it in the container intended for plastic waste according to local sorting rules. Before throwing the packaging into the container it is advisable to separate the container body and the spray pump in order to make sorting more efficient. For recycling recommendations always follow the information given in the product parameter table and the legislation in force at the place of collection.
The packaging is particularly suitable for liquid products with low to medium viscosity on a water base. With a high oil content, thick emulsions or when using aggressive solvents, the comfort of spraying may be reduced, the nozzle may clog or the service life of the plastic parts may be affected. Before finally using the packaging for sale, we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test – check the behaviour of the material in contact with the product, the sealing, the consistency of the spray and longer-term storage.
