This lightweight plastic packaging is suitable for filling various types of liquids with different viscosities – from gentle toners and micellar waters to thicker soaps or gels. Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly with appropriate handling and proper maintenance. With each new filling, the bottle and cap must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected, ideally using a suitable alcohol (for example IPA or ethanol products), and allowed to dry completely. For disinfection you can use IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Repeated use is only appropriate if hygiene principles are observed and the packaging is used for compatible products.
Before repeated use, we recommend disassembling the bottle and cap, washing them mechanically with a suitable detergent in warm (not boiling) water and rinsing thoroughly. After washing, the packaging must be disinfected – for example by rinsing or spraying with an alcoholic solution and allowing it to dry naturally at room temperature. Do not use boiling or a dishwasher, in order to avoid damage or deformation of the plastic. When cleaning, avoid aggressive solvents that could affect the stability of the material.
The plastic material of this bottle is not intended for contact with very hot or freshly cooked mixtures. We recommend always waiting until the formulation has cooled to room temperature and only then filling it into the packaging. Exposure to high temperatures may lead to softening or deformation of the packaging walls and negatively affect its shape stability, sealing and service life. When manufacturing, work with controlled temperature and fill only products that are suitable for the given type of plastic.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it responsibly according to the type of plastic specified in the product parameters and on the packaging itself (recycling symbol or material abbreviation). Before disposal, always empty and rinse the packaging as much as possible so that no product residues remain inside. Then sort it into the appropriate container for plastic waste according to the rules in your municipality. By sorting correctly, you support material reprocessing and reduce the amount of waste.
