Yes, the packaging can be refilled repeatedly during normal use, provided that correct hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the bottle and the closure, rinsing them and then disinfecting them with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example with the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured, plant-based. This reduces the risk of microbial contamination and extends the service life of your cosmetic or craft formulation.

How should I correctly clean and disinfect the bottle before the next filling?

First rinse the bottle and the disc-top closure with warm water and detergent to remove residues of the previous product. Then rinse thoroughly with clean water and allow them to dry completely. Before refilling, it is advisable to disinfect the inner surfaces of the packaging and the closure with an alcohol-based preparation, for example with IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or 96 % plant-based ethanol. Before handing it over to separate collection, empty the bottle and the closure as thoroughly as possible, rinse any product residues with water and remove the label if this can be done without damaging the packaging. Then separate the container and the closure and place them in the appropriate container according to local recycling rules (usually plastic collection).
