Product description

Transparent plastic bottle 200 ml white cap is a universal container suitable for packaging various liquid and lightly gel-like formulations. The transparent bottle allows immediate visual control of the contents, which facilitates dosing as well as presentation of the product to the end customer. Thanks to the high-quality plastic material, the packaging is lightweight, resistant to common mechanical damage and practical for use in home cosmetics, artisan production and small-scale manufacturing. A white cap is included, which ensures reliable closure and hygienic protection of the contents.

Combining with closures and dispensers

The bottles are compatible with various types of closures and dispensing systems (for example screw caps, droppers, atomizers or practical applicators) according to the selected parameters. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

PET material should not be exposed to high temperatures – in case of overheating there is a risk of deformation of the packaging. For this reason, the packaging is not suitable for washing in a dishwasher or for boiling. During filling we recommend using contents at an appropriate temperature in order to preserve the shape and functionality of the bottle and the cap.

FAQ – Most frequently asked questions

Is this plastic bottle suitable for repeated use?

The bottle can be used repeatedly if basic hygiene rules are followed. Before each new filling, it is necessary to clean the packaging thoroughly and disinfect it with approved disinfectants, for example using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For disinfection you can use the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. Since it is PET material, boiling or washing in a dishwasher is not recommended in order to avoid deformation of the packaging.

How should I safely clean and hygienically maintain this bottle?

We recommend first rinsing the bottle with a suitable cleaning agent and then rinsing it thoroughly with water. Afterwards it is appropriate to disinfect the inner surface and the closure using alcohol, for example with the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. After disinfection, allow the packaging to dry naturally at room temperature. PET material should not be exposed to high temperatures, therefore do not boil the bottle and do not wash it in a dishwasher.

How should I correctly recycle the plastic bottle if I no longer want to use it?

If you decide not to use the bottle any longer, we recommend recycling it in accordance with local waste collection rules. The material of the packaging is indicated in the parameter table for the product – according to this designation, empty the bottle, if necessary rinse out any remaining contents, and place it in the appropriate container for plastic waste. You can recycle the cap together with the bottle if it is made from the same type of plastic; otherwise it is appropriate to separate the individual parts. In this way you ensure environmentally responsible disposal of the packaging.

How can I protect the contents of the bottle during storage and transport?

To ensure maximum protection of the contents, always fill the bottle only up to the recommended level and make sure the cap is correctly and fully screwed on. During transport we recommend placing the containers in an upright position and fixing them adequately in the box in order to minimise movement. The ideal storage is in a dry, clean and shaded environment without direct sunlight and away from sources of heat, since at higher temperatures PET material may deform and the sealing performance of the closure may deteriorate.
