The plastic bottle is a universal packaging suitable for practical everyday use in cosmetics as well as home production. It is designed to reliably protect liquid, gel and slightly viscous products and to allow comfortable dispensing while maintaining the professional appearance of the final product. Thanks to its well-thought-out shape and high-quality plastic material, the packaging is suitable for manual and semi-automatic filling and stands out with a clean, minimalist design suitable for complementing with your own label.
Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly if handled correctly and hygienic principles are observed. However, before each new filling, the bottle must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable product, for example using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For disinfection we recommend the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. Only after the packaging has completely dried is it appropriate to proceed with refilling.
This type of plastic packaging made from PET material should not be exposed to high temperatures, because excessive heating may cause it to deform. We do not recommend washing the bottle in the dishwasher, boiling it or heating it in a hot water bath. For cleaning, it is suitable to use lukewarm water and gentle cleaning agents, and, if necessary, subsequent disinfection with the recommended alcohol.
Before final filling, we recommend carrying out a trial filling of a smaller amount of product into one bottle and fitting the planned type of closure or dispenser. Then observe sealing, smoothness of dosing, shape stability of the bottle and any changes in the appearance of the plastic when in contact with your formulation. It is advisable to let the test run for several days under the conditions in which the product will actually be stored and used.
If you decide not to continue using the packaging, we recommend recycling it responsibly according to the type of material indicated in the product parameters. After emptying, rinse the bottle to remove any residue and, if possible, remove any labels. Then dispose of it in the container intended for that type of plastic, in accordance with local waste-sorting rules. Dispose of separate closures or dispensers according to their material composition, if it differs from the body of the bottle.

When storing, it is important to protect the bottle from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Do not place PET packaging near heat sources and do not expose it for long periods to a very hot environment. It is suitable to keep the products in a dry place, at a stable room temperature and with the closure properly tightened, so that the stability of the contents and of the packaging itself is maintained.
