The plastic bottle with a transparent disc-top cap represents a practical and professional packaging for liquid and gel products, which facilitates dosing and supports a clean, aesthetic presentation of the final product. Thanks to the transparent design, you have constant visual control over the contents, which is especially appreciated by manufacturers of cosmetics and homemade preparations. The packaging is designed to be stable, user-friendly and suitable for small and medium product batches.
The disc-top cap allows for more precise and controlled dosing without the need for unscrewing, which reduces the risk of contamination and mess during use. The bottle is suitable for various types of liquid formulations from light solutions to thicker emulsions, making it a universal packaging for a wide range of cosmetic and hygiene products.
This bottle represents a combination of packaging and cap in a single product, as it is supplied with a compatible transparent disc-top cap. Combinations of packaging and caps created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) to be sure that the packaging works optimally with your specific product.

The bottle can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, it is necessary to thoroughly clean the packaging and the cap and then disinfect them, for example using IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or 96% denatured plant ethanol. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry completely so that residual moisture or cleaning agent residues do not get into the product.
The plastic material of the bottle is not intended to be exposed to high temperatures. When washing in the dishwasher or boiling, there is a risk of deformation of the packaging and deterioration of the sealing properties of the cap. We recommend gentle manual cleaning with lukewarm water and a suitable detergent, followed by disinfection using alcohol-based disinfectant preparations that are gentle on plastic packaging.
Before filling, make sure that the bottle and cap are clean and dry. Fill slowly, ideally using a funnel or filling gun, and leave a small space below the rim of the neck so that the product is not forced out when closing the disc-top cap. After filling, tighten the cap firmly and briefly turn the bottle upside down to check the sealing. For new formulations, we recommend a trial filling and a short stress test (transport, storage upright and lying down).
If you decide not to use the packaging repeatedly, we recommend recycling it according to the type of plastic specified in the product parameters. Before placing it in sorted waste, empty the bottle, ideally rinse it from product residues and separate the individual parts (bottle body and cap) if they are made of different materials. Then place them in the appropriate container for sorted plastic collection according to local waste management rules.
