The plastic bottle with dosing cap is a practical packaging intended mainly for filling liquid cosmetic products, hygiene preparations and carefully measured mixtures where quantity control during application is required. The transparent material allows for easy visual inspection of the contents, which facilitates work in both home and professional production and filling.
Thanks to the integrated dosing part, this bottle is suitable for liquid and lightly viscous products, where clean and precise application without excessive waste is important. The durable plastic material ensures good packaging stability during normal use, transport and storage, while maintaining an overview of the remaining amount of product.
This packaging represents a combination of bottle and dosing cap in one solution, which makes it immediately ready for filling and use without the need to purchase separate caps. Combinations of packaging and caps that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) in order to ensure an optimal result for the particular product.
All technical parameters of the packaging are given in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The packaging material is PET-type plastic, which offers a very good ratio between weight and strength and is suitable for standard handling in cosmetic and artisan applications. PET material should not be exposed to high temperatures at which there is a risk of deformation of the packaging. For this reason, the packaging is not suitable for washing in a dishwasher or for boiling.
Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, it is important to clean the bottle thoroughly and then disinfect it with a suitable agent, for example with IPA alcohol or ethanol. For this purpose, you can use the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured vegetable. Disinfection helps to minimize the risk of microbial contamination during repeated use.
PET material is sensitive to high temperatures, therefore washing with lukewarm water, a mild cleaning agent and a soft brush or sponge is recommended. The packaging is not suitable for boiling or washing in a dishwasher, where deformation could occur. After washing, it is advisable to let the bottle dry thoroughly and then disinfect it with a suitable alcohol-based preparation before refilling.
The bottle with dosing cap is suitable primarily for liquid and slightly viscous preparations. Many lighter oils and thin emulsions can be dosed comfortably, but with very thick products the application may be slower. We always recommend carrying out a trial filling with the specific formulation to verify the smoothness of dosing and overall user comfort.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, it is advisable to place it in sorted collection according to the recommendation in the product parameters. PET plastic is normally disposed of in the plastic container. Before recycling, empty the bottle, rinse out the remaining contents as well as possible and, if necessary, remove the label. Proper recycling supports reuse of the material and reduces the amount of waste.
For easier selection, you can use the advanced filter, which you will find at the top of the page after clicking on the relevant packaging category. In the advanced filter it is possible to combine several criteria – in particular the type and diameter of the neck, the size of the packaging, the colour and the material. Thanks to this, you can quickly narrow down the offer to only those bottles, jars or pots that best meet the requirements of your product and filling technology.
We recommend storing the filled packaging in a dry and clean environment, away from direct sunlight and sources of heat. PET material is not intended for exposure to high temperatures, so avoid placing it near radiators, in a hot car or in areas with significant temperature fluctuations. In this way you will help maintain the stability of the packaging and the quality of the filled product throughout the entire period of use.
