The plastic bottle with dispenser represents a practical and hygienic solution for packaging liquid cosmetic products, cleansing solutions or products for facial and body care. The transparent design allows visual inspection of the contents and easy monitoring of consumption, while the white dispenser ensures convenient and controlled application without unnecessary waste. Thanks to the appropriately selected plastic material, the packaging is lightweight, resistant to normal mechanical stress and suitable for everyday use in households, salons and small-scale artisan production.
This standalone bottle with a dosing system is designed to be compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems within the Handymade range according to the selected product parameters. With an appropriately chosen neck, it can be combined, for example, with screw caps, droppers, sprays or other practical applicators that extend the possible uses of the packaging for different types of formulations. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly by Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always carrying out your own compatibility test – verifying sealing, dosing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation, including a longer-term stress test.
All technical parameters of the packaging are stated in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly if hygienic principles are followed. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the bottle and the dispenser, rinsing them and then disinfecting them with a suitable alcohol solution, for example with IPA 99 % or ethanol 96 % products. For disinfection you can use IPA 99 – isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Allow the disinfecting solution to act briefly and then let any excess drain off completely and evaporate so that no residues remain in the packaging that could affect your new formulation.
First, mechanically clean the bottle and the dispenser – rinse them with warm water and a suitable mild cleansing agent, rinse thoroughly and allow to drain. We then recommend disinfecting the inner surfaces using an alcohol solution, for example with IPA 99 – isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Apply the disinfectant also into the dosing mechanism to flush the internal product path. After disinfection, allow all parts to air-dry freely at room temperature so that no enclosed wet surfaces remain that could promote microbial growth.
If you decide not to continue using the packaging, we recommend placing it in sorted waste according to the information in the product parameter table, where the type of plastic and the relevant recycling mark are given. Before recycling, empty the bottle, allow any remaining contents to drip off and rinse the interior with a small amount of water in order to minimize contamination of the recycling stream. Then place the packaging in the container intended for that type of plastic according to local waste sorting rules. If the bottle and the dispenser are made of different materials, it is advisable to dismantle them and recycle the individual parts in the respective fractions, if the local waste collection system allows this.
When storing liquid products in the bottle, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, extreme temperatures and pressure changes, which could affect the properties of the plastic as well as of the product itself. Store the packaging in a dry place, at stable room temperature and away from sources of heat. If the formulation contains a higher proportion of volatile or more aggressive components, we recommend carrying out a stability test – fill part of the product into the bottle, monitor the sealing of the dispenser, any changes in the colour of the plastic or in the scent of the product, and only then prepare a larger batch. In this way you will verify the long-term compatibility of the specific formulation with the given packaging.
To select suitable packaging, we recommend using the advanced filter, which you can find at the top of the page after clicking on the relevant packaging material category. In this filter you can clearly sort packaging according to several parameters – in particular according to the type and diameter of the neck, the required size, colour and material. Thanks to this, you can easily display only those bottles, dropper bottles, jars or pots that correspond to your specific formulation and preferred design. When combining with closures and dosing systems, choose components from the same product line or with a compatible neck in order to ensure reliable sealing and convenient dosing.
