Plastic bottle – pill bottle with cream dispenser represents a practical packaging for liquid and semi-liquid cosmetic formulations, which facilitates hygienic and precise dosing. The transparent body of the container allows visual control of the contents, while the integrated cream dispenser supports comfortable use even with daily application. This packaging is suitable for both the manufacturer and the home formulator who is looking for a reliable bottle for creamy or gel-based products.
The design of the bottle in combination with the pump helps to limit the contact of the contents with air and hands, thereby contributing to maintaining the stability of the formulas. The bottle is made of high-quality plastic that is designed for repeated pressing of the pump without a reduction in functionality. Thanks to its compact dimensions, the pill bottle fits comfortably into a cosmetic bag, handbag or travel kit.
This packaging is supplied as a functional set of bottle with integrated cream dispenser, so it is immediately ready for filling and use. The combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

The bottle can be used repeatedly provided that basic hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the packaging and then disinfecting it with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For this purpose, you can use the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Only after the packaging has completely dried is it appropriate to proceed with refilling.
The dispenser is most suitable for light to medium-viscosity creamy and gel formulations that are sufficiently fluid to pass through the pump mechanism. With very thick balms or highly viscous ointment bases, dosing may be limited or uncomfortable. In the case of specific formulas, we recommend performing a trial filling and testing the functionality of dosing before serial production.
When filling, we recommend using a filling syringe, funnel or filling device that allows smooth dosing without pouring abruptly. Pour the contents slowly along the inner wall of the bottle to minimise air entrapment and bubble formation. After filling, it is advisable to wipe the neck of the bottle with a clean disposable wipe so that no product residues remain on it that could affect the seal between the bottle and the pump.
If you decide not to use the bottle any further, we recommend recycling it according to the type of material indicated in the product parameters. First, empty the packaging as much as possible and remove any cream residues by wiping. Then separate the individual parts (bottle body, pump, top cover), if possible, and place them in the appropriate sorted waste according to the material labelling. The recycling symbols and the type of plastic can be found in the parameter table for the product on the Handymade website, which you should follow when sorting waste.

Its compact dimensions and low weight make it a practical packaging for travelling as well as for everyday carrying in a handbag or cosmetic bag. The pump is designed so that, when correctly screwed on and closed, it minimises the risk of accidental pressing during transport. Nevertheless, we recommend storing the bottle in an upright position during transport and possibly placing it in a separate pouch to avoid contaminating other items in the luggage.
