Is it possible to use this plastic bottle with dispenser repeatedly?

Yes, the bottle can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling it is important to thoroughly clean the packaging and the dispensing mechanism and, if possible, disinfect them with a suitable alcohol-based product, for example isopropyl alcohol IPA 99 % or plant-based ethanol Ethanol 96 % denatured. This minimises the risk of microbial contamination and extends the safe usability of the product inside the packaging.

For which type of consistency is this dispensing packaging most suitable?

The bottle with dispenser is most suitable for creamy, gel and semi-liquid formulations that are not extremely thick or markedly gritty. Ideal are facial and body creams, light lotions, moisturising and soothing gels or gentle cleansing emulsions. For very thick or highly viscous mixtures we recommend carrying out a trial filling to verify whether the dispensing mechanism ensures smooth and even extrusion of the product.

How should I properly clean the dispenser and pump mechanism between individual fillings?

After emptying the packaging we recommend first mechanically rinsing the bottle and dispenser with warm water and a suitable cleaning agent and removing product residues. Afterwards it is appropriate to disinfect the inside of the packaging and the dispenser parts using alcohol, for example IPA 99 % or Ethanol 96 % denatured. After disinfection, let all parts dry thoroughly at room temperature. With this procedure you reduce the risk of contamination during the next filling and support the hygienic safety of your product.

How can I dispose of or recycle this bottle in an environmentally friendly way if I do not plan to use it repeatedly?

If you decide not to use the packaging further, it is recommended to recycle it in accordance with the material designation stated in the product parameters. Before disposal, remove product residues, rinse the packaging if possible and separate the individual parts (bottle, closure, any inserts) according to material type. Then dispose of them in the appropriate sorted waste stream intended for the given type of plastic.
