Is this plastic bottle suitable for thicker creams, or only for liquid products?

This container with dispenser is ideal especially for liquid to medium-viscosity products, such as light emulsions, fluids, gels and lotions. With very thick creams, dosing may be more difficult, so we recommend carrying out a trial filling before full-scale use, in order to verify whether the pump reliably dispenses the product and whether the resulting application comfort corresponds to your expectations.

Can I use this bottle repeatedly for further batches of products?

The packaging can be used repeatedly if basic hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling it is necessary to clean the bottle and the dispenser thoroughly and subsequently disinfect them with a suitable agent, for example technical alcohol such as IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Disinfection helps to reduce the risk of microbial contamination and prolongs the usability of your cosmetic products during use.

How is it recommended to clean and disinfect the plastic bottle before refilling?

First we recommend mechanically cleaning the packaging – rinsing it with lukewarm water and a suitable mild cleaning agent and rinsing thoroughly so that no detergent residues remain. Subsequently it is appropriate to apply disinfection with technical alcohol, for example the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After disinfection, leave all parts of the packaging to dry freely at room temperature. Avoid boiling and washing in the dishwasher in order to prevent deformation of the plastic or damage to the surface of the dispenser.
